Fantastic hotel. Location was a bit away from the city, but it was still ok to get there. We had meals incuded and as we are pure vegeterian they also seen to this too. We also had taxi booked with them for two days tour and he was just fantastic. Clean room and aminities

10 minutes walking distance from Main market, room is ok, food is good, staff is not professional, restaurant is good, pool is fine, also have a conference hall and DJ, Mini theater, group Jacuzzi, best room is wooden cottage but needed to improve overall nice place

We visited the hotel in July 2019. Pros - Hotel is at amazing location, rooms are fair enough, staff is amazing, very cooperative, selfless. The Hotel is near the market (1km) , near Lodwik point (2.5km), has ample free space for activities, has small but good swimming pool... It has indoor games, projector room, games for kids, rate was fair enough... Cons - Food was horrible, kitchen was not at all clean, Take away from the trip 1. Book the hotel for stay 2. Have food at some other place.

We booked the Hotel from OYO app for 03 nights atleast 02 weeks in advance an we got the confirmation after paying the tariff online. When we were about to reach mahabaleshwar we got the message that the rooms are not available. So we immediately contacted Hotel Authorities he said they can allot rooms only for 1 instead 0f 3 nights as booked. As we were with family and ut was evening we agrees to it and as soon we reach Hotel we contacted OYO call centre and spoke to them for over an hour as they kept on hold and kept on transferring the call. i.e passing the buck the call got connected again we kept and wasted another 1 hour but they said they will give resolution by night again they said by morning. But no response. Finally we got the number of OYO manager Mr Vimal who handles Mahabaleshwar. Apoke to him at length and he was also not able to help. He suggested to book again from OYO and pay and he will arrange for refund for previous booking. Really it spoiled our vacation mood as it was a weekend and it took 4 hrs to find a suitable property by paying 2X of regular tariff. The property Manager said that they are overbooked and booking was completed because of a OYOs website problem. It cannot be true they informed us on the day of checkin that too at 2pm that booking is cancelled. It clearly says the Hotel management might have got some fresh bookings at higher tariff hence were refusing previous ones. Even our next door neighbours got the same problem. This kind of attitude have never seen in hospitable and service industry. Even OYO team wasted hours talking to the phone atleast they could have provided the alternative properties which they did not. OYO manager Vimal also did not wanted to help. As if he would have spoken to hotel management that how can u deny a confirm booking. Hotel management would had definitely allotted and honoured the previous booking. The learning is while booking from OYO pl before starting the trip confirm with Hotel and try to look out for alternate accomodatoon in case something goes wrong. Now comjng to property. Pros. Huge Property Spacious Duplex Rooms Decent swimming pool and small games rooms. Good atmosphere. Cons.Hygiene issues were their Bedsheets linen were very dirty. Staff keeps on knocking door from 7 am for all not petty things like Hot water started. they want to clean the room etc and thus spoiling your sleep quality. 1 more incident happened on day of check in my family was inside the room while i was sitting outside a male staff entered the room without knocking when i asked him he said he works their and want to take some playing equipment. I said but atleast u should knock and go he replied since they work here they go like that only. Very surprising reply from the staff after that we locked the door from inside. It was overall a pleasant stay. Improvements needed are washroom windows and exhaust should be properly in place, plumbing since there was leakage in washroom. Food and staff is really good.surrounding, pool, puppet show all was cool. Little improvement needed.

Never ever book hotel rooms in OYO, One of the worst experience I had with OYO Booked hotel with OYO 24302 Blue Park Payment also made got confirmation from receipt from OYO, OYO BOOKING ID: HOFV7189 CHECK-IN - 14th Jun'19 CHECK-OUT - 15th Jun'19. On 14th Hotel has denied the room stating rooms are full, Called OYO customer care I was told they will transfer the call to escalation executive I was kept on hold and call automatically disconnected after 25 mins. No one From OYO bothered to call back. I had to waste 2 hours in follow up same response calls got disconnected after 25 mins nor OYO Called back. If was raining heavily I had to stand in reception with whole family, since OYO never cares for its customers I had to search another hotel which was double the cost. One of the pathetic services by OYO and there customer care. NEVER EVER BOOK ANY HOTELS IN OYO..…

Good place to travel with family and friends. Nice surroundings and is near the market. The staff is helpful and food is good ( can think about reducing the oil though ). I would however like to point out that the rooms are a little small and certain amenities like hangers and hooks for clothes will be welcome.

Being near to the ST stand this Hotel has an ideal location & is easily accessible. The total area of the hotel is large & thus an ideal for family or group gatherings. Facilities include a Swimming pool, open space for children to play cricket, football badminton etc. Visit once & you will certainly think of a second one.

Hotel is bit far from Market, but this place is simply great. If you want to stay here, just make sure you return before sunset if you are going walking to market, as road to this place is bit dark & with less street light.
