This property is far off from Mahabaleshwar town.To give you an idea dumping is generally off city limits.Rockford comes 7KM after Mahabaleshwar dumping ground. Below average rooms n average food options. Staff is inexperienced and would need some training. Monkey is also big issue. Roads are really bad n single lane road without proper signage. Only good point is location n view. Only go if you do not intent to go out or will come to hotel before sunset as it gets scary after that

Excellent locale for the resort - on the hilltop. All rooms have lovely valley views. During the monsoon season, the cloud cover in the mornings and daytime is wonderful. Its at a distance from the main city, hence makes for a quiet getaway.

We stayed in this resort in the 3rd week of July 2021. This resort is placed at a scenic location exactly on hill top which makes it a true exotic destination. You will get amazing views from all your rooms, actually Valley/ mountain view from all the rooms. Location is a little far away from main city. Rooms at first floor have nice view of Valley & mountain. Ground floor (Serenic) rooms have direct access to small lawn which is having view of valley and mountain. They have offered first floor rooms on day 1 to us and ground floor rooms for rest of the days. View from both the rooms were fantastic. However, roof of first floor room & bathroom were leaking. Rooms are specious. all the rooms are having one double bed and one single bed. Rooms cleanliness was average. We need to call multiple times for room service. Limited options for breakfast buffet but it was tasty. Lunch/ Dinner food quality was average. The cost of food is toooo expensive. There are no nearby restaurant (atlest in 10 km area) from this resort. Mobile network is very poor here. Only BSNL & Jio will have some range here. Resort wifi was not working almost 60% of the time. Resort has infinity swimming pool but wasn't clean. Resort is spread across almost 5 acer area. However, there is no proper parking space. We have to park our cars on road infront of the resort. Check-in was smooth. It took more than 45 min for completing check-out formalities. Better to carry cash to pay your pending bills as card swipe machine was not having network for almost 20 min. We travelled during COVID pandemic period. Resort is not maintaining any regulations for safety. They have not checked temperature at the time of arrival. They have not asked for any negative COVID test reports from us. There staff have not used masks. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT IN MONSOON. This resort is located at 15 km from main Mahabaleshwar. Road to this resort from main Mahabaleshwar is too narrow. In monsoon, there are high chances of water clogging and landslides on the road. Once water clogging and land sliding happened, government authorities will take their own time to clear the roads. In our case we stuck in the resort for 4 days. And there is nothing to do around this resort. This resort not coming under Mahabaleshwar Nagarpalika. It comes under Grampanchayat. Hence, road conditions and electricity supply is poor. During our extended stay (due to landslides/ road blockage) resort manager Anand Parte helped us in providing regular updates of road clearing conditions.
