Best of both worlds - old world charm with superb new-age customer service! Big clean rooms with big bathrooms. Time for solitude and oneness. Food to gorge on and on. Amazing staffs with smiling lips & super efficiency. Even my 1.4 year old daughter loved it and used to play with the dogs. Reasonable driver accommodation. Areas of improvement: need...

Have been to this wonderful hotel several times and have always since changes for the good of the customers. The rooms are the same but the bathrooms are now more modern with all possible fittings. The staff are nearly the same as before and their service is immaculate. The food and restaurant service spoils one to crave for more and...

We always sensed a world of difference from the moment you enter the resort premises. whether it be the well maintained gardens or the friendly dining room where the owners spend quality time with moving from table to table to engage the guests in a lively conversation.

This place is very well developed. The owner seems to be a plant lover, as we can see varieties of flowers in the garden. We had lunch in the restaurant. It is a typical parsi joint giving fabulous food. We tried dhansak chicken, dhansak rice, pastas, variety of vegetables, deserts like caramel custard, faluda and puddings. Everything was exclusive topped...

Have been a regular at Dina's for over 3 decades. We find it the most comfortable hotel in Mahabaleshwar, with large rooms and excellent food and service, thanks to the property owners taking personal interest in managing the property. The hotel gives you peace and tranquility with a lovely view of Venna lake.
