we visited during diwali vacations. cottages are horribly attacked by insects, no hot water. in all poorly managed resort which is infact situated in good location. food quality was poor. there are 2-3 big gujju, marwadi families stayed during our visit, so from breakfast to dinner we unwantedly eat gujju menu. in breakfast we only had banana and corn flex. because we maharashtrians do not eat farsan or fafda in breakfast. means, come on how can a resort differentiate between customers like this? in short, there are much better options than this. think twice before booking.
We were about 11 people there from 25th Aug 2018 evening to 27th Aug 2018 Morning. The lodge is a very old looking one, It was raining outside and inside the Lodge. The management Switches off power after you sleep and till Morning 6 or 6.30 on the guests repeated requests, they put on. There is generator but rarely put on. Similarly at Morning 7 they give hot water and they start chasing you, have you finished bath, to put off. Evening no chance of Hot water. The retaurant is good and its staff are co-operative and make the food of your choice.
this hotel is away from market approximate 2 KM , average property , breakfast - lunch & dinner was good specially if you are Gujarati , hot water available between 7 AM to 10 PM , beware from monkey lots for monkeys new hotel so need to keep your room window close whole time but one thing is good hotel is away from market so its close to nature ,
Visited Mahabaleshwar thrice. Need to share this was the worst experience ever. No complaints would work since the management was careless about its guests. Posting some photos that would help you decide about your stay here. Power cut is a regular feature of the hotel. Generator of the hotel is as old as this hill station. Swimming pool is unkempt. Dont feel like putting your feet in. Hot water is for very limited time. So when u feel to take a good shower after a days excursion you have to bear with cold water. Staff consists of illiterate locals here. Bathroom windows have a gap giving you a nice views both ways (pun intended). Even that complaint was attended after speaking with management and that too with a temporary solution by placing a bunch of newspaper in the gap. In all worst experience after spending a hefty amount.…
Resort was too good.food was very good. Staff was polite and needful.location is pretty good.rooms are average but ok.you have to pay 100rs for taxi to main market.(single way).Hot water is only between morning 7 to 10.
We had stayed here for 4 days. We had a superb time. The food is the specialty in the sense that there is an unlimited buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner, which is simply delightful. The pool is ok but fine. The location is good. They arrange for sight seeing by paying extra. Garden is very nice. Phone network is an issue. Overall, recommend.

This hotel is just at the start of Mahabaleshwar if you are coming Mahad side. The property is very good and best for the price point. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was pleasant stay. Food is very good. Especially if you are Jain it's delight. The chef is Rajasthani thus they offer mainly Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine. Do remember to walk to MTDC resort just opposite for Kerala Ayurvedic Spa.
We booked this hotel online and stayed there for 1 night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water available for limited time period. Food was average, nothing special to mention about. Swimming pool was good. Recreation area is small with limited options. Small garden and kids play area is just ok. You need to have your own vehicle if you are staying here because hotel is far from the market. Good place if you are going in a group to enjoy.
We were group of 30 peoples booked this hotel for 4 days located deep inside the dark woods were you hardly find transportation because hotel doesn't find you one , and far away from the local market as well.... Poor food which end up with stomach upsets for many of them,Rooms are not worth of money no hot water through out the day, poor Air Cons, unprofessional staff that refuses room-service even for a bottle of water or cup of tea,bad transportation services for site seeing which is nerve breaking even though you pay... Arrogant Owner doesn't care he's just after shelling out money from peoples pocket, for him his staff is more important than the guests cuz of the reason he doesn't get enough staff to run his property.. Zero recommendation for my fellow travellers you may find better option around the market place ...…
