This will be a lengthy review as it has both good and bad. My rating: 1) hospitality : 10/10 2) room clean : 9/10 3) room service:9/10 4) premises clean : 10/10 5) food : 6/10 6) location : 10/10 7) cost : Average Overall : 7/10 I had initially booked through MMT which was 38k for 3d-2n for 2 rooms (5 adults 2 kids). But Mr.Deepak called and gave me hotels direct website which gave me better deal (30k) The restaurant has 10:30 pm cutoff for order, however Mr.Subendhu assured us hot food served at 10:45 pm as it became late for us on first day. Hotel employs differently enabled person who is extraordinary, very much hardworking. Hatts off to his hospitality. I had problem with my A/C, and Mr. Vathan took immediate action. Since it didn't work, they upgraded me to executive suite for the same cost. However food is okish for vegetarians, esp South Indian, because they are famous for sea food. The worst experience I had was with awesome spa(attached to the hotel). Took full-body massage and after the massage therapist said to go take stream bath (without checking if it were working). There was no steam and I couldn't go out to call anyone. Just took bath and came. So, please ask the spa if everything is working before taking massage. Overall satisfied with the stay. Would recommend family and friends alike and would surely visit again, probably other properties of lemon tree. Last but not the least, thanks Ms. Chaitra working behind the screen and getting things working in order.

Somebody told me that the best food is made in France, Paris but I found a place which proves it wrong. It is Lazy Lagoon Resort by Lemon Tree hotels...
I wanted to make my wife feel special on her birthday and hence planned for a trip to Goa. After reading a lot of positive reviews decided to book Lazy Lagoon. I also got the candle light dinner booked and I can say that it was the best decision ever. During the entire evening they made us feel special and served us with scrumptious food which was extraordinary. They arranged the candle light dinner on a well decorated deck right above the running river water. Chef Samir knows how to cook the best food. He made sure to speak to us on the day before the evening to understand our requirements and served us the best food ever. Special mention to the executive Gauhar who was there to check on us during the evening. And Shivendu Das, the waiter who took care of us.
As far as the stay is concerned, we were wowed every single day of our stay with their superb customer service. I can confidently say that they truly care for their customers.
I would recommend this resort to everybody who is planning to visit Goa for a superb experience in a secure and friendly environment.

I had a 7 days’ stay at this property with my friends and we had a great time. Below are some particulars which may be helpful for my fellow travellers
My main requirement was a strong wifi connectivity as I was going to work throughout the week. The upgraded plan of wifi didn’t disappoint me.
Due to CoVID 19 norms, the hotel is forced to deploy limited number of staff and that may create inconvenience. Particularly with no food and housekeeping services post 11. However, the existing staff would see it that all your expectations are met.
Although the options on the menu are limited due to CoVID restrictions, one of the biggest plus point of this establishment is their food. Fish n Chips, Chicken Crispy, Veg Manchurian, etc. are some of the must try options. Mr Gauhar from the restaurant made sure that our taste buds are satisfied and that our tummies are full at all times.
Danish and Team from housekeeping spent at least 45 minutes daily to ensure that the room is well made and is as per my expectations.
Very humble and down to earth staff!!!
The room category we stayed in was a Deluxe Suite. The only minus point is that the room didn’t give the feeling of suite due to its ordinary ambience and decor. But that wont stop me from staying at this property during my next visit to Goa.

One can have a relaxing stay in a busy place like Baga. I would like to put down my review based on 5 points what we consider while planning a stay.
Top 5 Points: 1.Location: Location of this resort is beside a running river which gives you a pleasant view all the time.Also near to Baga Beach not too far. You will have bikes on rent just outside the hotel.
2.Food: The food is magic. Good spread for breakfast. We had Chinese and continental for lunch and dinner.(U do not find anyone standing at the door saying breakfast will be closed in xyz time). It feels good when people let you have food at peace and do not rush you reminding the kitchen closing time.
3. SERVICE: From the time I have stepped in I had a great time with 0 complaints.Every staff will welcome you with pleasant smile. Always there to check if we need anything. Trying to make sure that our stay is comfortable.
4. Stay: We got the best view from the room. Pool side view suite. Had every morning with beautiful view with pool and the garden next to the river. It was so relaxing. They do not disturb your nights with high music. Everything is well maintained. 5.price: Reasonable price(If you are aware how a 5star hotel accommodations are charged for services). They do not overcharge or run behind you with swipe machines all the time is the best part.
Cons: Honestly I did not find anything during the stay to say no to this resort. But a lot of YES y to choose this. Would definitely come back here again. I have been visiting goa to celebrate my birthday for past 4 years. But it is the first time that our trip and stay felt fulfilling and complete. Thanks to Chef Sameer, Executive Gauhar for their wonderful services who managed to take care of every need during our stay.

We are here for nice view experience .Last minute plan (Nr ) We ordered Cappuccino not available as machine is not working only Nescafe
Ordered the same was too strong ... We manage with extra sugar ..
Ordered chicken club sandwich and veg club sandwich .
They served chicken club sandwich without cheese ,lettuce , tomato, cucumber . It's chicken with mayo and egg ( Big joke ) when informed to server he said lettuce not available as chef made the same .
Spoiled my evening and mood ..
My better half enjoyed the veg club sandwich
In last guhar came and need to know from us what happened .
He is not awre of any thing told him all the story . Tried to pleased me with 20 % discount and fresh juice which I denied. Very kind of him ..
But we like the seating area .

We really liked the hotel we selected. First of all, the excellent attitude of the staff to the guests. Second, great food. Third, daily room cleaning and change of bed linen. Do not ignore any of your requests, including an extra towel, lunch or fruit in the room. There are Russian-speaking staff. Chef Raju us even prepared food not on the menu, but according to our preference. The staff is very attentive, most of all we liked Gowher, Samridoha. Chef Raju coordinated us on all issues every day. Thank them very much. We didn't expect this in Goa.

I enjoyed my time here. The food was great and we got a very valuable package finish through Cred which made our stay very affordable.

A very well maintained resort with unconditionally caring staff. We were referred to this place by one of my son's friend and we were really happy to stick to his advice. They have small nicely maintained garden to walk bare feet. A very elaborate spread of breakfast, which you can enjoy at riverside basking in sun. Chefs take rounds personally to check the buffet and to recommend food as per your need and health issues. Room and hotel cleanliness is top notch, but what makes it all the more wonderful is the smiling faces of staff who would never say no to anything. The GM of property - Ms.Chaitra Dwivedi herself ensured personally that we are comfortable & enjoying the stay. Recommended us the local specialities to try. Excellent stay and indeed a wonderful experience. The ambience of the hotel was way way way beautiful and the location of the hotel as well. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful especially I would like to mention Mr. Gowher Khan and Yogesh from the restaurant who served us delicious meal,Nitin from the housekeeping who kept our room tidy whenever we were back after exploring Goa. Highly recommended to all who visit Goa, I can say one on the best resorts in North Goa.

The resort is clean and hygienic. Rooms are spacious and the food is delicious. They will go to any extent to make you comfortable. The restaurant incharge Gowher was nice, humble and very much helping. They have good options in buffet. The resort is very close to baga beach. You can book the resort blindly and trust me it will be your best decision. There candle light dinner is lit for the couples I must say and the bar prices are also reasonable.
