I stayed with my wife for 1 night and have stayed earlier for business tours too.
This property is very much near to BAGA beach / Titos night club, Saturday night bazar.
Rooms are clean. BF is included. This is a good option where if you need to spend night and rest whole time partying. Staff is helpful.

We stayed here in Feb 2nd week, finalised this hotel by the reveiws in tripadvisor. Hotel is at the best location for staying Calangute and Baga. Its decent, neat and budgeted hotel for the best location. Rooms are spacious and good. Wifi is given for 10rs per hour basis but its very weak, not a good option. They have complementary Breakfast which is good with Bread Items. 24hr hot water is available which is very necessary in goa. People are courteous however they are not aware of the tourist information much.

The room was big... But the table and the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. The towels were also not clean. But were changed later. The breakfast was good. It is walking distance from the main Baga market.

Hi all Travellers
We were group of 7 bachelors,looking for a gr8 outing in Goa.
Researched a lot of hotels in and around Baga,finally came across Viva Baga.
Booked online the 7 bed A/c room,the room was clean n interiors was well designed.Staff was polite n always ready to help.The owners were really good.
We all had a very pleasant and comfortable stay there.
The Hotel doesnt have their own Restaurant and Pool,but who needs it when the Beautiful Baga beach and all the popular Goan restaurants are jus a few walks away.

We have stayed from 15th Nov to 19th Nov, The rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained. The manager and housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Baga beach and Tito's is very near to the hotel just about 5 mins. Though it doesn't have any restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is available on the roof, it was delicious. Good restaurants are near by, most of happening places are just walkable distance. No hidden or extra charges. On the whole, the place is great and definitely looking forward to stay with Hotel Viva Baga on our next visit.Rent a vehicle is just accross the Hotel, where you get bike in a good condition and at a affordable price.

We(me & my wife) booked the hotel in a day advance of our January weekend trip over phone. Hotel had two types of rooms 1 with bigger rooms & 2nd with a bit smaller rooms. We chose the bigger room with air conditioning as it was hot during that time. Room was clean,tidy,spacious with a balcony with street view. Bathroom was clean & tidy with hot water supply.Air conditioning was stuck in a single cold temperature & could not be changed even with remote control. Hotel did not have any restaurant. Breakfast was included in room fare & was arranged on the rooftop in the morning with simple menu. Hotel manager was helpful with arranging drop cab facility with a charge. Also helped us by arranging 2 wheeler rental service for sightseeing & guiding us about the local whereabouts. Hotel is 5 minutes from the beach & local hotspots. WIFI was present but was not provided free of cost.

It was one of the most comfortable stay among all budget hotels i stayed till date...100% VFM ..Staffs are polite Rooms are clean..near to baga beach 15 mins walking...only thing missing was room service..it would be better if de can provide snacks atleast round the clock...Otheriwse peace and pleasant stay..Thanks prajay for ur co-operation..

Recently been to Goa , spent 4 nights at Hotel Viva Baga. the place is very well maintained nice and cozy. staff is very gentle and helping. Prajay the owner goes all the way to make your stay is comfortable hats off to him. you can see him making sure the breakfast is ready and served in time and even also arranging things like bikes, tours etc and giving you best possible information about places to visit and eating joints on your way.

Me and my wife stayed from 2nd to 8th February. It was very budget friendly yet provided nice facilities. Room was nice with a big TV with Dish TV, wifi and AC. They provided room servicing as well as two bottles of mineral water daily. Location was excellent and adjacent to Baga beach and Tito's lane as well as very near to Calangute Arpora road. Recommended to everyone who want a pocket friendly accommodation in heart of the North Goa
