Great location close to famous Bridge Road shopping outlet. Easy to get to the city on Tram 75 or 48. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room, king size bed in the room I stayed in. Needs some new fully fitted mattress protectors and new blankets to freshen the bedding up. Some rooms have their own bathroom, others have shared...

My girlfriend booked us into this lovely quaint hotel. I loved it. The Victorian style house with lounge, bar and breakfast area. Clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. Not far from the beautiful food in Richmond, and close to the MCG.

Return visit to stay with family for a wedding at Mountain Goat Brewery. Our two bedroom apartment was a great price for two couples and 12yr old. We also booked two double rooms for our parents and another adult. The entry to the two bedroom apartment was from the outside and close to our parked cars. Good size bathroom with...

YAY: - Free car parking! - Central location with good food nearby e.g. Pillar of salt and Top Paddock just down the road - We loved melbourne so much that we decided to stay on an extra night in Richmond Hill Hotel. I requested for a balcony view and the hotel staff kindly took that into consideration and even gave...

I stayed here on 27th and 28th May 2016. The hotel is a bit run down and requires a lot of work, the staff are great, there is tea and coffee facilities in your room. You can get a room either with or without an en-suite, I stayed in a room with an en-suite, the rooms are pretty small the...

We booked here at about 10.30am for that night, as a late decision to stay in the city. We booked a double room with shared bathroom facilities, for a very reasonable rate. The hotel is ideally situated for outlet shopping on Bridge Road & Swan Street, and also has plenty of eateries close by, within walking distance. There are supermarkets,...

I would not recommend this hotel if you are their on a budget. Me and my friend went as the stereotypical 'backpackers'. When we got to the hotel and saw our room their was ants in our bed and around the walls. I woke up with so many bites. We reported the issue to the staff members who saw it...

Richmond is an excellent location, just outside the main centre, with it's own buzz and plenty of good restaurants. Melbourne has very efficient and cheap public transport so its very easy to get into the centre quickly. This hotel is not smart, but its a period building, clean and the 24 hour staff are friendly and helpful. There's a $7.80...

Spent a night here in hiding after a few too many sake's on Chapel St. Simply lovely accommodation. Only problem was the microwave was broken; an old membership card seemed to be jammed in the hinges. My room was on the 9th level; it was a long walk up the ladder. Would stay again

Hotel is not central city, but it's location we thought was awesome as it's near loads of nice, cheap eats, and the area is nice. Basic room, but had TV. Included breakfast was awesome: breads, spreads, fruit, yoghurt; loads. Near tram 48 that takes you right from southern cross station to the road the hotel is on. Decent stay. Not...
