You can see why Offa's Dyke walkers like this place - it's just about as close to the path as you can get! The rooms were clean and comfortable and our hosts Sandra and Keith were friendly and helpful. The only rather odd feature was the lack of an outside door key. We understand the reason for this and it...

Lovely B&B. Nice room. Lots of space. Clean, tidy, functional but homely. Great breakfast, vegetarian option available and really sociable. Lovely packed lunch in preperation for the Hatterrall Ridge. Day 3 of Offa's Dyke.

We'd walked to Pandy and taken a little longer than forecast. At 8pm, just a few minutes from our destination, we received a welcome "are you ok?" call from Keith (he and Sandra run the Lancaster Arms). This set the tone for our stay. Simple tasty home-cooked food, great hosting, and a very clean and comfortable room. Recommended if you're...

It was getting dark, we were tired (after walking 46km), and we had just taken a wrong turn and missed the pub. The landlord talked us in and came out to meet us, helped us with our muddy boots, showed us the drying room and served us a pint. Then Sandra set about making a nice dinner. This was the...

Nice enough B&B, stayed one night, everything OK, shower a little piddly but typical electric shower. Breakfast not bad, but felt it had been on the hot plate a little too long, certainly wasn't cooked fresh. The big issue I had was having to be in by 10:30pm. The B&B don't give you a key to the front door, and...

Stayed during our Offa's Dyke walk. Very dog friendly, great food, very reasonably priced, immaculately clean, no clock tower which had woken us in Chepstow, Monmouth and then Hay and Kington! So a peaceful night's sleep despite being on a busy road. There is ample parking and it is located directly on OD. Sandra and Keith are very engaging over...

Don't read the negative reviews. I enjoyed a great nights stay here recently when I walked the Offas Dyke path with a friend. To have a pub to yourself is certainly a treat and the food was excellent. A must for anyone stopping off in Pandy when walking the OD path.

My wife and I stayed here about 10 years ago, so where very surprised when the landlord greeted up by our first names (we booked under our surname) After the warm welcome, we settled into our clean comfortable room and sleep like logs. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked to order and delicious. We would highly recommend planning...

Stayed here one night during a walk on Offa's Dyke path with two friends and a dog. Received a very warm welcome from Sandra and found ourselves in what seemed like the bar of a pub. That's what I had been until she and Keith decided to close down that side of the business in 2007 and continue as a...

This B&B is right on the Offas Dyke Path and is a welcome oasis. There is plenty of parking. The hosts were helpful and chatty and luggage transfer is available for those without cars. The rooms are spacious, light and airy and despite the main road, we had a blissful nights sleep. The cooked breakfast set us up for the...
