Amazing food cooked up by the owner, she's a real expert in the kitchen. I particularly liked the chicken breast stuffed with haggis, it was delicious! Alan, the waiter, bartender and general source of entertainment, was hilarious. You should stay here just to hear his jokes! The building is very interesting, being over 300 years old. The floors squeak of...

Hi Jordan Many thanks for taking the time to pen this lovely review. Alan considers himself to be (probably) the oldest owner/barman around and certainly has a wealth of life experiences to joke about in the bar (particularly regarding his exploits in the merchant navy). We really enjoyed meeting you and hope you are enjoying the rest of your trip....

What an amazing view from the rooms. Perfect location for catching either of the two ferries leaving for N.I. Hosts were so helpful and were lovely to stay up and have a chat with over a drop of whiskey. As we left early in the morning we were expecting to miss out on breakfast, our hosts however provided some packed...

Allan and Fiona were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. The only negative was that our room did not have an en suite but for one night this was ok, and we knew when we booked that this was all that was available.

Stayed here to catch our early ferry crossing to Belfast. Location was excellent, on the main road and close to both seaports (Cairryan Port and Stena Line Port). Free car park available. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable room. As we went very early, the staff kindly prepared breakfast to go for us and willing...

This small unassuming B&B was perfect for our family as we took two of their rooms for the 6 of us. From the start Fiona and Alan were super friendly and helped us get settled in for a lovely evening. The rooms are comfortable and even facing the very close road were very quiet due to excellent windows. We also...

To spend my last night in Scotland I chose this B&B. Small, simple, friendly, just what I needed, specially when you get a good price. Although I didn't get an en-suite room, that didn't matter, it was quiet, comfortable. I arrived late to Cairnryan, I arrived, checked in, had a beer while chatting with the owners, it was really nice....

My wife and I arrived hours late and expected a frosty welcome however nothing could be further from the truth. Fiona welcomed us warmly at the door and even upgraded our room :) I can't praise her enough... My only complaint was the bed was too comfy and we didn't want to get up in the morning.

We stayed for 2 nights and cannot praise Fiona and Alan enough. Stunning views over the bay from our ensuite room but even better the meals and particularly the full scottish(English) breakfast in the morning. Evening meals are beautifully cooked and delicious starting with a drink in the homely bar Not to be missed!
