This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The hotel rooms are spotless, the food is 5 star, rooms are very comfortable and the staff cannot do enough for you. This place is a little gem

Very nice well run hotel, stayed for a few days on a shopping trip to Birmingham, train station is very handy nearby with free parking. Room (11) was large and comfortable and the staff (particularly Georgie and Gillian) couldn't do enough for us. (Chips were the best I have tasted!) Definitely coming back in the summer when the pool is...

What a perfect little hotel to sleep, eat and explore from. Hospitality par excellence, with more than a touch of class, well done. Just a small problem with access on a busy dual. We would recommend this hotel for shoppers, business, and like us visitors to the NEC.

It was such a treat to find this hotel, where people actually care about you and your visit however brief. Having stayed there a few times recently I have...
