What a lovely B&B! Thanks to Peter and Jenny for making our stay so comfortable. We stayed in the Family Room which is large and airy and the bathroom has a lovely big bath and separate shower. The whole place is well maintained and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for our lovely hosts. One of the best B&Bs we've...

Everything perfect. Very good host. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Interestingly furnished, characterful house. Beautifully cooked breakfast with plenty of options. Hope to stay again in the future. Easy walk to the seafront.

Quality super king sized beds and a fabulous breakfast. Peter is a super friendly host for whom nothing is too much trouble, we were really spoilt. I look forward to going back in the Summer when we can use the beach hut! Would definitely stay again, oh and Broadstairs is pretty cool too. Try the pub with all the books...

I booked Broadstairs House on a whim. Lovely building, lots of character. Room very clean and a good size. Peter was extremely welcoming and generous with the hospitality! You won't go hungry in this home. Nothing was too much trouble and When my sister decided to join me on the second day, he offered to collect her from the station,...

We arrived and were immediately welcomed with coffee and biscuits and a lovely working cocker spaniel, sat in the garden and relaxed. The accommodation really is first class and you'll be made to feel at home. The Breakfast really is as good as previous visitors have mentioned, if you like good cooking and quality you'll find it here.

We've just returned from a weekend here and it really deserves all the wonderful reviews. We had the family room upstairs and it was really spacious for all 4 of us, with separate beds for both kids and a beautiful en suite. The breakfasts are also really as good as everyone says! And Peter was a really lovely host and...

I travelled with my two children and my parents to Broadstairs. As a child I holidayed here and have very fond memories of my time on the beach and this trip gave my children many wonderful experiences of their own. The weather was fantastic for the whole time were there (which helps) and from the moment we woke up every...

What a little gem I found booking this B&B at Broadstairs Boutique House....On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Jenny & shown to our fabulous room which had access to the garden. We then met the charming Peter who also gave us keys to their beach hut. The next morning we had the lovely full english & we can...

This was our third year of staying at Broadstairs house and once again you cannot fault the hospitality or the excellent facilities. This year we had our grandchildren with us and Peter and Jenny could not have done any more to please them. The breakfasts were of the usual high standard and the icing on our cake was the use...

Wonderful stay in Broadstairs and our b&b was the icing on the cake. The owners are particularly welcoming from the moment you arrive. Our room was comfortable and spotless, but do prepare yourself for the breakfast, as has been said before, not for the faint hearted. It is beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.....a credit to Peter.
