No AC at night and refusal to have been given a room with a working AC, room service did not replenish toilet papers or towels, full half room breakfast area.. when my wife and I went to sit on the other side of the room that was empty and not FULL an employee grabbed my arm tightly and lightly pushed...

We stayed in this hotel on our Trafalgar tour. This hotel is an older hotel in a small town outside of Venice. The town is quite quaint. There is a very affordable supermarket within walking distance along with restaurants. I think the hotel itself was probably fairly grand at some point, but it looks and feels like it hasn't been...

We stayed here two nights while visiting Venice. Nice, modern hotel with English-speaking staff. Owner is very personable and checked on our group at mealtimes. Our room was on the ground floor which facilitated my wife's wheelchair. Room was small with three small, hard beds. Guess Italians like hard beds because these weren't the first we experienced. Tons of water...

Went to this hotel on a Trafalgar tour. Would never stay here on my own. Woke up at 2am sweating. The meager air conditioning was shut off at night. No front desk staff at night, so good luck trying to remedy that. The coffee tastes burned, the orange juice is Sunny D, and the dolci was stale cake. Not impressed.

We loved the classic century boutique feel of this hotel which was apart of our trafalgar tour. It had a feel of days gone by which added to our fabulous trip to Venice. The rooms are cosy and we loved the decor of the sitting rooms outside the bedrooms. The food was by far one of the best meals we...

Ahh! This is a rare gem amongst the European hotels as it was unique in its interior decor, furniture and appearance. The hotel manager seemed to remember all our room numbers by heart and was such a friendly, businesslike, yet generous fellow who answered any question we asked. I felt like I was back in the 50s with the decor...

stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Trafalgar tour. The hotel itself had an older feel to it but it was still nice. -check in/check out was very smooth for us as it had already been set up through the tour company -location of the hotel was not the greatest. It was about a 15 minute drive from...

We stayed there for 2 nights on a recent Trafalgar tour. it's quirky and not very close to the island but you could take a bus and train there if you wanted to. I enjoyed it, but its not for everyone.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a touring group for 2 nights and was quite happy with the facilities. The air conditioning was not working and we did not have a fan either. But the climate and atmosphere was not so bad. The buffet breakfast was quite nice and I enjoyed it.

This is by far one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. This hotel was booked through Trafalgar tours so it's not like we had a choice. They were not accommodating at all. We asked for a fan because the air conditioning was not working in our room and they said we didn't need a fan! LOL! Right!!! Did...
