Great Hotel. You can't find a better hotel for the money. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent. In the center of town and walking distance from everywhere. Must stay at the lydia when visiting Rhodes.

The lydia is a great place to stay if you want to explore old Rhodes Town. The hotel is modern and clean with friendly staff. The breakfast is like you would have in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed too.very surprised it's only rated 2star.will be returning next year.

The Lydia Hotel is located in downtown Rhodes, about a 7 minute walk from the bus station. A regular bus service operates from the airport, is much cheaper than a taxi and the trip takes about 30 minutes. There is limited luggage space and the buses can get crowded at certain times of the day. All of the main attractions...

We were very impressed by this elegant and delightful hotel in the centre of the modern Rhodes City, offering rich breakfast and great service. The location is great as you can walk to the old town, the harbour, the Casino and the shopping stores. It is a good value for money too. We look forward to staying there for our annual...

We found the Lydia Hotel to be a very clean, well run hotel, from the staff at the reception to the bar staff and the chamber maids all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided much needed local information which proved invaluable.

About 800m from old town and main bus station, several eateries around and shops. So be prepared to lug your luggage that far if you take the bus. The room is renovated though small. The toilet is adequate but as the basin is tiny water spills onto the floor. After a shower water leaks out through the gaps of the...

I travel through Rhodes town often and like staying in this area, which is close to everything - including the Old Town, the beach and the airport bus. The Lydia is slightly more expensive than the hotels I usually stay in but seems to be worth the extra for the super-comfortable bed, great shower and a good choice at breakfast.

I can’t remember how many times I've stayed at this hotel, it’s one of my favourites mainly because the staff are so friendly and helpful, and they remember you when you return. This time I was ‘awarded’ a kind of priority check in – being recognised and given my key while others ahead of me were being checked in; makes...

Nicely furnished and clean room (with the exception of a not-so-modern TV and a small toilet), which we find more than befitting of the hotel's 2-star rating. We also enjoyed breakfast - the spread was satisfying and the area is on a patio situated beside a quiet pedestrian street. Many restaurants are located within short walking distance. We found the...
