I was there with my 20 year old son in October. The hotel was quiet then , during the day we walked to Rhodes town it takes around 30 to 40 minutes plenty to see there. At night after we ate and had a beer or two we walked into Ixia 10 minutes walk to the left on exiting the hotel.
We went mostly to the lunar bar as we enjoyed it in there.
There is also day trips to Pefkos and Lindos for a change of scenery.
