Travelled here alone with my 3 children 1 of whom is disabled. On arrival I was offered a room upgrade which was brilliant as I had contacted the hotel before hand and they always replied straight away and were happy to help. My daughter didn't like having a seperate bedroom so we stuck with our standard room. Rooms were quite...

second time here this time for 2 weeks (26 sept - oct 12 2016) stayed in 2014 previously for a week. it's a great hotel considering price. which is why we returned. unfortunately the clientele has changed probably due to the low price! I'm no snob but after 2 weeks of loud obnoxious people and free range parenting I was...

Stayed here in August, so busiest time of the year, and was pleasantly surprised that while it was busy it was not too overwhelming. We always got sun loungers without having to get up and reserve at 5am. The hotel could do with some updating, the indoor communal areas were quite modern, but our room was dated and the partition...

This hotel needs renovating. The rooms need to be modernised, very run down. For the price we paid for a family holiday, I feel it was not worth it. The food was horrible - I left dinner time hungry most of the time. The entertainment was boring too. However, the water park was brilliant as well as the lazy pool....

We stayed here from the 28th September until the 5th October this year. Upon arrival on the bus we were checked in promptly and advised that the snack bar was still open until 2300hrs which was pleased to hear after a day of travelling. So we were able to sit down and enjoy some light snacks while watching the evening...

My family and I are Muslim and there is no halal food therefore we were vegetarian/pescatarian during our stay. If you are Muslim or vegetarian then this is worth a read. Stayed here for 11 nights with my wife and two daughters (aged 3 and 8 months). Rooms: I wouldn't say the hotel and the rooms are luxury they are...
