We had high expectations and Esperos village completely reached our target!. We had a 50 sqm apartment on the top of the hillwith double toiltes, see and pool view. The pool was mainly dedicated to us and few other guests. Beds and sleep's quality very good. The 2 restaurants had a great quality of food and all the personnel was very kind and supportive. A small problem that we had in the room was solved very quickly, thanks! A shuttle frequently connects the beach with the reception and several other bus-stops (every 10 or 20 min max). There is also a small market with prices absolutely aligned and honest. We highly appreciated the live music after dinner at the main pool area. For the beach you have to pay additional 12€/day for 2 sunbeds but it's worth to do it. We will return soon or before. Great place to relax

Stepping into the Reception just before midnight, we knew immediately we were in for a fabulous holiday and we weren’t wrong. Every single member of staff was helpful, friendly, efficient and all areas spotlessly clean. We had private pool room which was cleaned daily, with fresh towels (private pool means only you use it, but you are overlooked so not completely private). Regular shuttle bus (every 10 mins) takes you all around site (well worth going up to the very top to see the chapel), but we chose to walk the many steps to get some exercise to compensate for delicious food. Breakfast excellent and as we were half-board we chose to eat in the Panorama Restaurant in the evening, where again the buffet was excellent. Alcoholic drinks are expensive, but I guess you expect that in a 5 star hotel, but we did think over 3 euros for the litre bottle of water we had with our bottle of wine of an evening was exceptionally overpriced.

Not a 5 star hotel. Don't trust their room descriptions! Sea view is NOT seaview. It's partial seaview at best. I booked a "summer sea view room with private pool". I got a plastic jacuzzi "pool" that overlooked a mountain with an abandoned water park and a swampy looking water puddle. I asked to change rooms to what I had booked and they told me since I had booked through a third site there was nothing they could do. After I told them I had made the reservation directly through the hotel they offered me the room downstairs from the one I had, so still no seaview. It had a nicer looking pool and a sliver of a sea view. I told the reception several times that I was extremely unhappy since it clearly says on my booking "seaview" and the guy said there's nothing they can do because it's fully booked and I should’ve booked a room with sea view. I told him several times that’s what I had done but they didn’t care. They said they'd send up a bottle of wine as compensation but it never arrived.... Beyond unhelpful staff. I asked to speak to the manager since I was helped by a "trainee" but he refused to let me speak to him. The hotel is on a very steep hill. You have to rely on the hotels buses to take you to the pool, breakfast and beach. They say they run often I'd say they run on a spotty schedule. Sucks to wait for the bus for 25 minutes when you're all salty, hot and tired from being at the beach. The beach welcomes kids. So not "adults only". Far from it. The sun beds are 12 euros. Towels are 2 euro. The staff do not honor reservations but all the sun beds have a "reserved" sign on them. It's kinda like being at a hotel where everyone gets up at 5am to put towels on the pool beds... Won’t be coming back.

We really liked the hotel, we stayed for 7 nights, the staff was super friendly and ready to help at anytime. Our room was large with private pool with sea view, it was really quiet so you could really relaxe. The food was good, you had a lot to discover. The whole hotel area was clean and beautiful, you either use the own bus shuttle or you walk a bit up- or downhill. We really enjoyed our stay and we can totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights for the first time in Esperos Village and it was wonderful. We stayed at the Exclusive Double Sea View with private pool room and it worths the money. The stuff was very nice with high service orientation. The hotel was very clean including the room and the pool. The food was very good and the spa was great with very professional team. The hotel is located on a hill so we recommend to have a car to be more flexible. 20 minutes to the old city, 7 minutes to Faliraki, 50 minutes to Lindos.

Bad experience! Most of the crew is not very nice The rooms were not ready for us until 5 o’clock even though we arrived at 9 o’clock Towels were dirty, and we haven’t received new ones until this day even though we asked for it When we try to talk with the manager, and explain our experience, no one agree to come and talk with us

I stayed 1 week in Rhodes with my husband and it was more than amazing. It was the first time when we stayed in a 5* hotel and it was like a dream. The adults only is the best choice ever. The stuff was very nice and polite- every day they asked you how are you if you enjoy your time there and things like this. And now let's go to the best part from this holiday- food. Because I'm vegan is difficult to find places where I have options- I don't know why our imagination disappears when we talk about fruits, nuts, vegetables. We can't imagine how to cock without meat or animal products and this is sad, but here at Esperos Village Blue & Spa I was treated like a princess every day at their restaurants. I want to thank to chef Angelos Koligliatis and to his team. Chef you love what you do and this is what you can feel in the food- love, passion, a lot of work. You make my dreams come true- you prove me that Vegan Food can be Amazing- fine dining, beautiful deserts, with every bite you can feel a lot of tastes in the same time- like an explosion. Congrats to all his team- keep going, trust in your instincts and be free to create art. Chef you are amazing, wish you all the best and thank you for all, it was a great pleasure to meet you!

We stayed for 2 weeks in July, and have just got back. I am always wary of paying for 5 star as I invariably do not think it lives up to the hype, and grumble that I would rather have just stayed somewhere cheap as we're on the beach anyway. I could not have been more wrong! I do not begrudge a single penny of the money we spent. Was it perfect? No. We found Faliraki itself fairly nondescript, and still very 'Brits abroad' which isn't our thing. And there is clearly still a hangover from the early '00s chaos that reigned. This resort is an oasis amongst all of that - if you are the type to simply enjoy the resort then you will not do any better, trust me. The place is spotless, all of the staff are cheerful and helpful. Olga and Therranoula in particular were delightful. There are three pools, all of the infinity and lovely. If you leave it til 11am you might struggle to find a sunbed but generally it is not too rammed and this was pretty peak. There is a regular shuttle bus driven by a hilariously grumpy guy who we loved, taking you to Ammades - my advice would be to check this out Day 1 as you might prefer it to the pool. The menu is ay better, and the breeze welcome. The rooms are fully changed daily, as are your towels for the beach/ pool. The TV in the room was a big 42" and you can sign into Netflix - I know you're on holiday but sometimes a film at night is nice! My partner enjoyed the 3x weekly yoga sessions al included, as well as a massage which we found good value. My only niggle was that we arrived at 10pm, and there was not a lot of help available as we just wanted to grab something to eat. We were not half board so ere directed to the buffet restaurant then left as we did not have that included - it would have been helpful to have the room service etc explained. We'd recommend a car if you want to see the island, and we didn't find Faliraki had mush to recommend it but your mileage may vary. Top hotel, top staff, would visit again in a heartbeat.
