Eleia Seafront Villas welcomes guests to a stylish world of minimalist elegance and one of the most opulent accommodations in Lesvos. Finished in 2014 and now available for rental, all four private pool villas have been created with luxury and relaxation in mind. Eleia Seafront Villas features four individual villas each with two bedrooms and a private pool that can accommodate four adults plus baby cots are available for children (0-2 years old). The villas were built so that there are sea views from every single room. The view from each 32m2 swimming pool and surrounding deck appears as though you are at the water's edge, since the property slopes down to the deep-blue Aegean Sea. After waking from a rejuvenating sleep, enjoy a morning bath or shower using the natural Damana Paris amenities while watching the glistening waves outside the window. Once refreshed, one can prepare an energizing meal and enjoy it indoors in the dining area or outside on the patio. Relax and unwind in the cool living area within the villa, feel the gentle breeze of fresh air while sunbathing on the poolside lounge chairs, go for a revitalizing swim in the private pool and take in the romantic sunset views of the villa's seafront location. Here, one can take it easy and let the senses take over. Villa Features Each 75m2 villa can accommodate four adults plus one child. Every villa has two bedrooms (both with a 22 inch LED television), two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living area (with a 32 inch LED television) and a private 32m2 pool. Both bedrooms and living area are equipped with air conditioning. All bedrooms have queen-size COCO-MAT natural mattresses and two types of COCO-MAT pillows to choose from to complete the feeling of pampered comfort. Baby cots, high chairs and baby pottys are available upon request. DAMANA Paris amenities, towels, bathrobes, slippers and linens are provided as well as pool towels for the guests' convenience. There is free WiFi in each villa.

Just returned from a 10 night stay here and the these villas are fantastic. The staff were great. The sunsets are heavenly. Some minor things they can improve upon, but they are very receptive to hear from guests and improve. I cannot recommend it enough. It is so quiet here you can hear yourself think over the gentle sounds of the waves. You definitely need a car

We stayed at Eleia Villas in May 2022, we decided to try the villas as we had been coming to Lesbos for 15 years and knew where they were. Although they are more expensive than some other accommodations they were well worth it. We had a warm welcome from Pinelopi, the villa was extremely clean and well equipped. The private pool, the views and the overall design of the villa was fantastic. Lily cleaned the villa daily and was lovely and friendly. We met the family that owns the villas and they were also very friendly and helpful. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony superb. You can walk to The Caravan by the sea for good food and lovely people, Avlaki is just a bit further around the coast where there are sunbeds and another great restaurant. You probably need to have transport to make the most of the beautiful island of Lesbos. We will be back next year.…

Beautiful villa. Cleaned daily by the wonderful lily. The pool was cleaned daily too. Everyone was very friendly. Very clean and well equipped. Good location to visit some lovely villages. We don’t do beaches but the ones we saw looked lovely.

My husband and I had a wonderful week here. The villas are fantastically run and the owners and staff are super friendly and will help with advice to get the most out of your stay. Thanks, Vanessa, Mike and Lily. The villa is modern, super clean with knock out views. Really well thought out layout. The villa is cleaned daily and linen changed every two days which worked well. The pool area which we spent lots of time around is brilliantly maintained and cleaned and again the stunning views are something else. It’s really tranquil, just the gentle lapping of the waves and bells from the goats in the hills. Petra is a great local village, some lovely restaurants and sunset views that will leave you speechless. Also Molyvos is a 10 minute drive and stunning with the castle lit up at night. Lots to do or not depending on what you want from your break. I imagine it’s pretty busy in the middle of Summer in Petra but as there are only 4 villas it should never get that noisy (depending on the guests!) We hardly noticed the other guests when we stayed. Our family absolutely loved this place. We were very impressed with the villa - the design, decor, and attention to detail were of the highest calibre. Nothing had been overlooked! On arrival we were greeted warmly and given very useful information on the island and anything we would need. There was a basket with breakfast essentials (coffee, juices, fresh fruit, jams) as well as more for us to enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven, full sized fridge and a microwave. It really felt like a home! The best part was the private pool. The views were absolutely stunning - we never wanted to leave, especially around dinner when the sunset was breathtaking! (Keep in mind that you need a car to access the property. There is small dirt road that leads to it, and there isn't very much within easy walking distance.) Overall we loved our stay and it allowed us to really relax and reconnect as a family in such a comfortable and beautiful location.…

Lovely villa with gorgeous views of the bay at Petra and Molyvos (sparkling at night). The service at the villa was exceptional with daily cleaning and good responses from the management on any issues. Two good tavernas within easy walking and Petra walkable too. The villa was as a expected from the description and photographs. Can highly recommend.

We just spent 4 days in lesbos and stay at this fabulous location. The apartment was awesome super clean everything you need our own private pool sadly we had lousy weather because of the cyclone hitting Greece. The only down side was the roof on the deck was just open slats instead of a closed roof not allowing you to sit out there in the rain or hot sun but other than that it was perfect

Perfect location, beautiful view, close to everything. Very good cleaning service which comes to clean every day, if desired. Presence of cool and helpful accommodation manager who gladly likes to assists you with all your wishes and questions. Pools are very well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this property! The villas are situated fairly close together. Therefore, according to us, an Adults-Only formula would be better for reasons of privacy.

We stayed here last week and it was incredible! The villas are superb, modern, spacious, the location is incredible, stunning views, Mike was really friendly, helpful and Lily the maid was lovely. The villas are spotless and cleaned every day to a high standard, you are left little gifts by the host, the village of Petra is nearby which is beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars and Anaxos is very close to. Definitely will come back here it was exquisite!!!
