Mary and Vasilies were incredible hosts! I have never felt more at home, and Vasilies drove us all over the island at no cost, since the public transportation was fairly unreliable at this time of year. I hope to come back one day - Villa Kostas was so welcoming. Also, they have the cutest dog! I would recommend Villa Kostas...

We stayed for 15 days and it was amazing from beginning to the end. Great location, 2 min to bus stop, 5 min to beach, 10 min from mountain hiking paths. The hotell is so beautiful with all the stairs, rooms and terraces. Rooms are comfortable, big enough and warm (important in winter!). Beds were ok, the electric heatblankets were...

Our stay at Villa Kostas was absolutely fantastic. The location is in Perissa, which is a 30-minute bus ride from the capital Thira. The villa is a very short walk from the beautiful black sand beaches. The owner, Vasilis, came to pick us up from the airport when we arrived in Santorini. On our way to the B&B, he pointed...

We enjoyed the perfect positioning of Villa Kostas (less than 2 mins walk to the long black beach) and the quiet structure. Each bedroom is separated from the others and includes all the comforts you need; a little terrace/balcony with table & chairs and sun bed (we even had a hammock!). The cosy rooms are cleaned and bed sheets and...

We stayed here for three nights, and have really enjoyed our stay. From the beginning the owners were very helpful, we were staying in Fira initially and they came and picked us up from our current motel and brought us here free of charge. They were very accommodating and helpful and lovely. Fresh breakfast, and watermelon at night. Clean, tidy...

This hotel is owned by a very sweet couple, who speak some English. The husband (didn't catch his name) was on the property for most of the 3 days we stayed. He was the one who picked us up at the port, made recommendations around the island, arranged for a rental car for us, served us breakfast, and gave us...

Small but nice and clean complex. Breakfast served at common courtyard. Ideal place to stay for a short period. Perfectly situated to visit all the famous and very touristic (=crowdy) places on the Island.
