5 Minutes to the beach, quiet and clean, simple but very nice hotel. only the breakfast could be more and better but it is ok. along the beach, 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel, there are many restaurants and bars, but not too crowdy.

This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet part of Perissa, but close enough to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was free and sufficient - and the owners were helpful. We loved Santorini and will be returning and will certainly try to get a room here when we...

Stayed here in the town of Perissa for 3 nights and was quite happy with the accomodations. The rooms are a bit spartan in terms of decor, but large and comfortable with good wifi. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Their fruit and greek yogurt was so good.... I miss it already. The staff was incredibly friendly always took their time to...

I stayed at this "so called 4 star" hotel which at best can be described as a "home stay" for 3 nights 10 days back. Let me start with the positive points. 1. It owners are simply amazing and the husband wife combo just compliment each other in carrying out the day to day activities of this property. 2. I...

Rooms are clean but modest. Staff is friendly. There is no view to speak of, but the hotel is 5 minutes away on foot from the black beach. Breakfast buffet is very modest. It is low priced for Santorini standards, but what you get is what you pay for!

We really had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Kiki and Michael......and we're not easy to please! Would certainly return and would certainly recommend. I miss it already!

First of all, the owners of this hotel were simply amazing, welcoming and eager to answer questions. I don't remember ever meeting such friendly, helpful and fantastic staff anywhere. I honestly can't overstate this enough. Me and my girlfriend spent some of our holiday here in early August. Besides the awesome staff, the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and the...

I'd like to start on a positive note, because the owners are absolutely fantastic and very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were not up to expectations. The room we stayed in was run down and had more cons than it did pros. The pros: very large room with a nice balcony. The cons: the cleanliness of the rooms were...

Never have we stayed at a hotel in which we felt so welcome. Kiki and Michael (the owners) were without doubt fantastic throughout our stay! We originally spent three nights at Irigeneia and loved it. Rooms are clean, fresh bedding and towels everydayw, with a good continental breakfast included. We left and said our goodbyes after our visit, however, when...

We spent a week at the Irigeneia in July. If you're looking for a cool, very clean, quiet and relaxed hotel with breakfast included this is an excellent choice with friendly owners! No complaints, we would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others too.
