We stayed here 4 nights Oct 23 to 26. Upon arrival we had the best service during check in. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. All the staff on site are working hard and keeping the place clean. The rooms are amazing, overlooking

What a sensational hotel. We spent 3 nights at Agali house and it was simply not enough. The hotel is amazing with the perfect sunset view and the uninterrupted view of the volcano.
The staff were simply sensational - they were all welcoming and very personal. They made our st

I stayed in a suite with my bother and sister in law. The view was wonderful. The breakfast was good too. The steps 200 to and from our suite were not exactly daunting but to be considered if you have bad knees or if it hotter than about 75 degrees. Our suite was lovely but the

We stayed in a Junior Suite with a Hot Tub for 4 nights just recently and our room was absolutely superb. We had a huge terrace including a lounge and two sunbeds, and views from our very comfortable bed out to the Caldera and Volcano. We didn't really need to leave our terrace

Hi, I've booked the superior room for my husband and I and our 5 year old daughter. Saw some comments as the upstairs room may be hot and was wondering if this is referring to the superior rooms? how much difference is there between superior and executive rooms in room, comfort etc? Thanks!
We had the exec room so not sure how different it is, but the exec room did have a sheltered bit for kids to sit in the shade if need be, and the rooms have air con so you should be ok. Oh and also the location of the houses is on a cliff so it gets windy which is refreshing! Enjoy! You’ll love it!

Can you order a drink from the bar and take it to the pool or bring drinks from the market to the pool? Thanks :)
As is the case with most hotels all you have to do is have them swap the drink from glass to plastic. If you happen to bring glass to the pool someone will bring you a plastic cup which happened to us. No problems.

My friends are staying here next week but because there was not enough rooms for us we had to book next door. Are we all ok to drink and swim and charge all drink to their room so we can have fun together.
Your best bet would be to contact the front desk and inform them. They might make an exception. The beauty of the hotel is that it is not too crowded and noisy. It's quiet with plenty of private and public spaces to accommodate up to 6-8 people. We rented 3 rooms (6 of us) and could easily visit with each other in the private areas.

Does the hotel provide transport from the airport please?
Yes, but a small cost. Contact the hotel directly to organize

Hi! I am interested in booking the Executive room with Sea view for 4 guests. Some sites states 2 beds others 1, I just want to ensure 4 women will comfortable sleep in this room. Any advice?
"Beware of the stairs to get to and from this location. Also, upstairs room is small without room for a luggage rack and could be very warm."
"Room 112 is great and near the pool"
"If you are hesitant to take stairs choose a room that is closer to the registration/ bar area."
"Chose a room with a jacuzzi...it's well worth enjoying the sunset from there"
"The suites on the far end are quiet and more private. The Archondiko is wonderful for a family"
