Certificate of Excellence
Minoa Palace Resort offers majestic views of its surrounding countryside and the White Mountains. To the north, the hotel enjoys panoramic views of the endless beach of Platanias with the shimmering sapphire blue Aegean beyond. With the extension of the hotel in 2008, guests have immediate access to the beach, over the aerial bridge, connecting the two hotel's sections. The luxury and comfort, combined with the attention to detail and the relaxed atmosphere, provide a holiday to remember for a lifetime!

We have stayed here twice while attending a conference and both times have found the resort to be a fabulous place to relax, swim and soak up the sun. The staff are very hospitable, the rooms comfortable and the facilities just what you need to enjoy Greece during summertime. And

We booked a room directly from the hotel very last minute for an autumn vacation and there was no availability for a room type we wished. What a pleasant surprise it was to find on our arrival that we were after all able to stay on a partial sea view room near the beach! The room

I did visit Minoa Palace for the first time in October 2004 with my daughters. My last visit with wife and friends was in May 2018.

This hotel offers quality of premises, services and food, close to Cretan countryside and at the sea. Try the organic restaurant of the hotel and

Dear guest, First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay, as well as for taking the time to write your review to Tripadvisor. Having read your comment attentively we do regret the fact that you were not satisfied with your stay. We generally take pride in the fact that our hotel is very friendly to all guests, and especially to guests with disabilities, as most rooms and public spaces are easily accessible through ramps and elevators. We also take pride in our staff and especially to our Front Office team, which is distinguished for its high level of professionalism and high level customer care. The behavior you describe certainly does not represent the level of service we believe our customers are entitled to, thus we are very disappointed we did not meet your expectations. However, we strongly believe that some issues you describe, such as the breakfast in the room, would have been resolved if you had discussed them with our Guest relations team. Having stated all of the above, we sincerely hope we will have the chance to welcome you back to our resort and offer you the service and vacation you deserve. Kind regards, The Guest Relations Team

We moved here for two days because the hotel we'd originally booked at was closing for the end of the season - wish we'd stayed at Minoa Palace for the whole week! The room was brilliant, with a settee, mini-bar/ fridge, safe, toiletries and great view over the pool. The food was

I am trying to book a package holiday from the U.K. to this resort, staying in an all inclusive private pool room. All the tour operators, however, only seem to offer b&b and non-pool rooms. Can anyone recommend a tour operator offering the room and board type I’m looking for please?
Dear Emma M, Thank you for your interest in our Resort. Following your question, you could check the option of a Double Bungalow with Private Pool (TUI UK - code Β03), or of an Imperial Double with Private Pool (Olympic Holidays) . Regarding the meals basis, you can be upgraded in All Inclusive upon your arrival with an extra charge. Kind Regards, The Minoa Palace Team

Two of us will be staying here for a week from 14th September, can anyone tell me how much it is to upgrade to all inclusive and is it worth the extra cost
We found the beer and wine to be reasonable but cocktails really expensive. There are loads of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel which are reasonable plus there’s a Lidl 5 mins walk away where you can buy bottles of wine etc and drink on your balcony. I went half board but not sure how much all inclusive upgrade was. However, our bill for a few beers at lunch and a couple before retiring to bed was around 200 euros if that helps.
