Prior to arrival the team were organized, extremely helpful and full of good advice. Upon arrival at the airport we had a last minute issue, that Frances sorted on the spot. The chalet was quite charming, with everything we needed. It was close to the slopes and the ski hire organised through the chalet was simply flawless. They came the...

We went during this summer (2016), staying for 2 weeks in August. We stayed with friends and have had the best holiday we have ever had. The variety of activities makes it amazing and there is something for every age.

The Feb mid-term was my third visit to Coeur de Bois. This time it was a family ski week (previously I'd been a couple of time on a 'boys' week). The chalet is excellent - well-appointed, with all the mod cons required to keep all age groups entertained, the catering has always been of a high standard, with Will and...

Spent a week in Coeur du Bois during Feb 2015. The chalet was even better than expected. Had an awesome week and was treated really well by 2 amazing hosts. The food was high class, hosts friendly and well organised. Couldn't recommend it enough. Mike

This was our first experience of a catered ski chalet. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, location and food provided. The chalet was 300 yards from the Linga lift ideal for skiing without catching a bus to the slopes. We had the three bedrooms on the top floor which were all of adequate size with plenty of storage space...

I have just returned from a week at Chalet Ceour du Bois with my 2 boys. Some friends came with us and I can honestly say we were spoilt from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Glen and Francis (the owners) made sure that we were really looked after from arranging our ski hire to be delivered...

We stayed at Coeur De Bois xmas 2012 and had a great time. The chalet is very comfortable and the food cooked by James and Katy delicious. It is a good location too: close to the Linga telecabine or a quick bus ride to Pre Le Joux. We have used Alpine Quests many times now having also stayed at Le...

Just got back from an amazing week being looked after by James and Cathy at Chalet Coeur de Bois. Went with a group of 10 friends so booked the entire chalet and my expectations were more than surpassed. The chalet was beautiful, homely and cosy, plenty of space in the rooms and lovely bathrooms. The downstairs area with the pool...

We spent the week of Christmas in Coeur du Bois with 6 adults and 5 (young) children. We can only recommend the chalet: very comfortable and cosy, well appointed, easy bus ride to Pre la Joux lifts and ESF ski school, very well catered. Our hosts James and Cathie were fantastic and made us feel completely at home.

Spent a great week here looked after by the fantastic James & Katy. Well-appointed, homely chalet, good food, nice rooms (only saw the upstairs ones) and a beast of a fire in the the living area! Perhaps a bit optimistically described as "almost ski in/out": you can ski to the road (not for novices) and then you've got to walk...
