A quiet and clean room in a beautiful provencal villa settled in a lovely countryside near Roussillon where the owners-managers are friendly and helpful and really make you feel at home. Nice breakfast with a large choice of fresh products. Jacuzzi with the sun setting on the the Luberon. An outstanding halt !

The views of the rolling countryside are lovely, and the location was convenient for easy day trips in the Luberon area. Gilles and Monique are warm, friendly and easy-going. We especially appreciate Gilles' detailed advice on area hiking and Monique's wonderful cooking. We liked Monique's cooking so much, we dined at the hotel for three of the evenings! (It's important...

We spend three days at Hotel la Cle des Champs and it was faultless. Firstly, it is not a normal hotel - think of a beautiful provencal villa. It feels more like you're staying with a family (in a good, non-obtrusive way) that with just a business. We only had dinner there one night, but it was outstanding and restaurant...

We had a lovely 2 nights here. Our hosts Gilles and Monique were very warm and accommodating. This is a lovely home away from home in Provence just a few km from Rouissillon. We loved the charm of this boutique and modern hotel, and their choice of china ware in the dining room is lovely. Our portable Garmin GPS and...

The hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely views from the pool area and each room. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. It was a peaceful and healing place. This is a great hotel to explore the surrounding countryside from. Gilles made great suggestions for restaurants too.

Stayed in a basic double room. Still plenty of room and nice bathroom. small patio area over looking to gardens. Location perfectly placed to explore all the small villages and towns in the Luberon area. To busy out exploring to use the pool and other facilities but it looked nice and inviting. The scenery in this area is outstanding. Plenty...

We stayed at the Hotel la Cle des Champs for 1 night and wished we had been there for more. The region itself is lovely and 2 days were not enough. La Cle des Champs is just as charming. Gilles and his team were warm and welcoming, kind, professional and had an answer to all our questions. The grounds are...

Absolutely lovely small hotel in charming grounds. My room had a lovely wee private patio that looked over the hotel's lavender field to the red hills of Roussillon. My room was cleanly and simply decorated with a high vaulted ceiling. Lovely new and large bathroom. I was unable to eat dinner there the night I was there but came back...

Spent 4 days but would remain for weeks. The owner of the hotel is a very very kind guy, helped us to target the best places for excursions, reserved excellent restaurants, and we felt ouselves like in our private house. We tried the kitchen odf the hotel also, it was also remarkable good.

If you prefer to stay in a small hotel with character, charm and individuality then you will love this place. Do check a detailed map or GPS before you set off- the hotel is set in the middle of nowhere in glorious, rolling countryside via a paved track off the D2 to the north of Roussillon. The hotel sits on...
