The Surf Vista Villas are quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. We stayed here for a week over NYE 2014. Andy is a great host and can help you with anything you need. For three weeks out of the year (holiday weeks), he rents out the rooftop penthouse which is an amazing open air room with incredible views. I would recommend this...

We had a fantastic week here. You will definitely need a car or bike to drive to everything but the seclusion and view is great. There is no TV and minimal utilities meaning it's basically comfy camping living on BBQ's and lounging in hammock. I loved the separation from the norm.

This is my second time staying at Surf Vista Villa and I can't say enough about it. The pictures really does it no justice. The place is huge and we had a group of 11 of us that stayed there and it was perfect. The staff, the animals and the owner Andy is so nice and accommodates you in every...

Our March, 2015 week-long stay at Surf Vista Villas in Santa Teresa was everything we hoped for and more. Our upstairs villa, with it's huge balconies, deck swings and hammocks overlooking the jungle and the ocean, tons of natural light, windows and doors, was paradise. The villa was clean, comfortable, with AC available (we didn't use it at all), a...

What can I say? First of all Santa Teresa is a lovely spot for anyone looking for a nice vibe and friendly people. SVV was the absolute top of the places we stayed at during our 10 days at the peninsula, not only because of it´s elevated position (it is a really steep hill which takes 6 minutes and a...

Our stay at Santa Teresa Surf Villas was very good. The property is located up the steepest and longest driveway/ road so a 4wd or suv is a must. To get in and around town and to the beach you will also need a car as there is not a lot within walking distance. Because of the seclusion of this...

We stayed here for a week in Mach 2014 and it was an amazing place to stay. It felt very secluded and we had a view of the ocean. The only downside is that it was quite a walk down the hill to town, so we had to rely on our car more than I would have liked to. Otherwise...

The lady and I were very happy that we stayed here. I'm sure as a lot of people have said, the views/sunsets are b-e-a-utiful. I don't know how many places in the Nicoloya could have it beat. I'd highly recommend a car or ATV while staying here (it's probably a must). If you're thinking you don't want to stay here...

I travelled here with 3 other friends. One couple and 2 singles. We stayed in a villa that had 3 queen sized beds in one big open room. The inside of the villas were clean, cozy and comfortable. But we spent very little time inside. The highlight of this place is he massive deck where the kitchen and dining table...

Surf Vista Villas is a gorgeous house with multiple apartments located up on the mountain which ensures the best viewing of the gorgeous Santa Teresa sunsets and sunrises. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and you are minutes from the town and beach and everything you need. I would recommend an atv or truck as the driveway is...
