Absolutely marvellous for a family safari. Enjoy the game drives, the small adventure path, the pool and the superb food.
Lisa, our ranger showed us the fantastic wildilfe of Africa (rhinos, elefants, buffalo, lions, ...).
The staff was very friendly and the rooms spacious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first safari experience. Sanbona was excellent in all respects (game drives, location near Cape Town, room, staff, food, pool). We had a great adventure!

id expect as your now in summer it wont be too cold. however when we went in October it was pretty cold both in early morning and in the evening. dont worry though they do provide blankets and hot water bottles.
