We booked our farmstay through Airbnb. We stayed in cottage 1, which had 3 bedrooms (each with 2 beds), a dining/living room area with a TV, a small kitchen, and 2 showers and 2 toilets (towels provided). A washing machine is available but no dryer....More
Cozy place, very friendly owners and lots of animals. Deo the cat and Hammy the gentle giant pig were our favourites. One of the nicest and most original places we stayed on our month-long vacation in NZ.
The farm stay is pretty cool, it's like staying at your Aunty Flo's or Nanna's house. We stayed in cottage no. 2 which was built in 1924 and over looks the farm. The accommodation is very basic but we found it comfortable.
