Ticks all the boxes, but could do with a new kettle and toaster and cleaner BBQ. The spa, fireplace and location are great. Perfect for couples weekend away. Would go back! Owners are very nice and helpful.

My husband works in the Hunter Valley wine region of Lovedale and Pokolbin and when one of our best friends Tracie wanted me to organise a great place for ourselves and four other couples to stay and celebrate her 50th he suggested Manzanilla Ridge... wow, fantastic choice ... from first contact with Jane and Dominic we were totally impressed with...

This is my first stay at Manzanilla Ridge and I hope I will be back soon! Dominic and Jane are wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough to make sure I had a fantastic few days in the Hunter Valley. They organised a great wine tour to the nearby vineyards and even ensured I made the 5am start for a fantastic...

Came here for two nights with my husband, our baby and a friend visiting from UK. Couldn't fault it at all. Dominic was a great host. There's everything you could want in cottage. We loved having an evening in hot tub and a BBQ! Can't wait to return,

Home away from home. What a wonderful, quiet, relaxing place to escape for 4 nights. We stayed in Salcombe cottage and it was beautiful. Lovely warm outdoor spa, BBQ on the deck, beautiful breakfast supplies for every morning we stayed, the added extra touches of a bread maker so you can wake to warm, fresh bread and a lovely coffee...

A few friends and I wanted private but luxurious Hunter Valley experience that was still close enough to visit all the wineries in the region. We couldn't have asked for a more prefect stay! When we arrived the afternoon winter sun was streaming onto the verandah, as the spa was bubbling, the complimentary port lay waiting on the kitchen benchtop...

Dominic was awesome, he was so helpful with the best places to go and see, restaurants and activities.... The photos definetly do not do the place justice..... So much better in person!

We stayed here 2 nights, and it was honestly so great. I can't think of one thing I'd change (except a longer stay there!) Dominic was really nice, a great host. He was more then happy to talk to us about the best wine tours to go on or where to go out to dinner. Very friendly. The kitchen was...

Me and 2 girlfriends stayed at Manzanilla for our girls weekend from 8th-10th August. I have to say it was without a doubt the best place we could've stayed! Dominic and his wife own and run the Ridge, and you truly do get the warm welcome you'd expect from a privately-run business. Dominic greeted us and allowed us to settle...

This was a brilliant place to stay and relax. Located in private woodland with a view to a small lake, the cabin was very well kept and has everything you need. The outdoor hot tub (warm on arrival) log fire and bread maker were excellent additions. On arrival we were told there was a power cut, however it was fixed...
