Very cute and bohemian/eco-friendly rooms/bungalows with sand and hammocks just outside the door. The rooms themself are not over luxurious but has everything you need for a good island experience, AC, fan, fridge and comfortable beds. No pool, no restaurant, no all inclusive but instead sand between your toes, water coming out of seashells cosy laid back beach/garden decoration type...

After our first night in a different hotel, we decided to book the last one in a better place and we were not disappointed. We got a beautiful cabana with 2 beds, one in a upper floor with a little window to overlook the patio full of palm trees and hammocks :) the shower had a nice mirror full of...

My wife and I stayed one night in a 'standard room' (small, dark, not so nice) and 6 nights in Palapa Ik (closest to the beach) during January 2017. All together, we had a relaxing and fantastic time at Zomay Holbox. True, there's no AC in the palapa. But, at least for our tastes, there was no need. The palapa...

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly staff , authentic rooms clean and quiet. Cons: We chose this hotel for the kitchen so were disappointed to find there was nothing in it but a hot plate and fridge. We got a few very basic dishes (plastic plates)when we asked but there was no coffee pot, toaster or kettle. We didn't have hot water the...

The hotel has cute cabins, a great location and an incredible staff. Extra points for the lovely beach bar they have where lots of people arrive to enjoy the sunset at the beach. Perfect for relaxing, traveling with friends or even with your significant other. Highly recommended!

The grounds of Zomay are beautiful! We loved the private beach area with complimentary recliners and palapas for shade. There is a great little swing up bar that serves up great drinks and a very cultural feel. The location is the perfect spot for a beautiful sunset and just a short walk to town. The staff is very kind. The...

There are a lot of hotels on the little strip. The location is the best, It is the best place to watch the sunset on the beach. I was there eight days and I saw eight sunsets. The hotel bar on the beach front of the hotel catches the sunset every night. The people are wonderful at Zomay. Mosquitoes are...

We came to Zomay after some noisy nights in a hostel. So lovely and authentic rooms, quiet, few steps from the beach and close to the Main Street. They cleaned our rooms every day, which we didn't expect - but very nice anyways :) Absolutely great and we can highly recommend it.

The wifi in the room didn't work after the rain and nobody done anything to fix it even when we asked. In the room was a lizard that pooped on our bed, and also bugs and a lot of sand! The safe didn't work. The beach and the bar were closed. There were a lot of noise, even in the...
