We booked this hostel many months in advance through HostelBookers (paying the required deposit) advertised as 42USD/night, we then received an email from the hostel owner, David, saying that the price on HostelBookers was not correct and we had to pay more (Now 70USD). We obliged and confirmed the booking with the extra price. A week before we were due...

I really enjoyed my stay here, my boyfriend and i just walked in without a booking and we were lucky enough to find somewhere to sleep. David Offered us the "boat" its basically an old fishing boat...

The owners of the hostel - David and Sachia - make this hostel a great personal experience. They live on the premises with their small child and when you arrive, take a few minutes to tell you something about the island but don't try to sell you on tours. The hostel offer a great variety of accommodations. You can sleep...

We arrived at Hostel 4 friends and Karen the girl who works here greeted us with the biggest smile. She found us a beautiful Cabana that had 3 beautiful beds and a hammock. She even offered to drag a bed into the room instead of the hammock but we choose the hammock as its the spirit of the Island. We...

Great Breakfast prepared just as you want it with fresh, natural ingredients. The cleanliness of the room is amazing, never did I feel sand on the floor even when the hostel is on sand. Our room was provided with a small kitchen, with a water dispenser and all the utensils you needed. It is totally the best option for people...

It had a kind of safery deposit box where you could leave things of value, but if you are nervous about loosing your clothes or stuff in general you might not like it. We...

When we got there, there was no one at the reception (even though there should have, as it was in the afternoon), a guest then gave us the cellphone number of the owner, David. After calling him, he came and told us our room wasn't available because they were overbooked and therefore we'd get an "upgrade". This already seemed kind...

Hi. We took into consideration your comments and informed the owner of the house you got as an upgrade about your review on the cleaning. We are also evaluating other options thanks to your valuable review because, as a matter of fact, this house is not belonging to our complex. I don't agree with you about the comments of the...

Excellent cabanas, close to the beach, lovely hosts. Holbox is a great island, this spot is even more idyllic & tranquillo! Don't even doubt about the whaleshark tour (including a visit to the flamingos), just do it. An unforgettable experience! The beach walk to punta cocos is also recommended

Also David was very good at responding to my emails in a timely manner and was helpful the entire time. They are wonderful hosts. We rented...
