Inn has just sold. Off property new owners haven't figured it out yet. A key and note at the door was our 'welcome' with a phone # to call with questions... which we did but got an answering machine (and a call back 5 hours later when in bed at 9:20 pm!) Innkeeper didn't materialize until breakfast. Too young/inexperienced. The...

From the outside the Home Place Inn looks a lovely place to stay. However, the owner is only accessible via phone who then calls her daughter on site to deal with any issues. The room was nice with a large bathroom. However, it appeared that the bedding had not been changed prior to our arrival, as there were many hairs...

Super nice people, great rooms, and a breakfast to die for. B&B is right in town, close walk to everything. The breakfast was incredible, and powered several hours of cycling! If coming by bike it is less than 300 m from the Confederation Trail.

This place is a neat combination of heritage B&B and eclectic restaurant. I really enjoyed it, including the unusual burger for dinner (part of a PEI-wide burger competition). The menu was varied, and I was tempted to order other things. The room was small but comfortable. The area was quiet, and I slept happily. Breakfast was a fine topper to...

Had a great stay here. Very comfortable in the honeymoon suite and both supper and breakfast were terrific.Very impressed when the owner found us at breakfast and returned the tip we had mistakenly added to the credit card on booking in! Highly recommend this Inn.

Had heard great things so dropped in for a lunch. Beautiful day late summer.... We drove there specifically for lunch. We ordered fish tacos, a "blended" cream based mushroom soup and salad. The tacos were homemade and very grainy, so much so that they were not eaten. The blended cream based soup was in fact sliced mushrooms in a cream...

The Home Place Inn was recommended to us after a booking mixup at the hotel we had initially booked- so we arrived with little more than an address and the hope for a bed for the night. After checking in with one of the servers at the restaurant on the main floor of this large old character home, we climbed...

Hands down they make the Best Burger I have ever had and I love burgers. The nachos were loaded with goodies and everything was delicious. The service was great and they were very accommodating of our gluten free needs and special requests. We wished we could have made it back for another one-we will for sure next time we are...
