I pulled the sheets back to find them dirty, lots of hair down at the bottom inside the bed. I got a refund and went somewhere else. The front desk gal was very nice about it. I know its up to housekeeping, but the beds should be inspected

We were very disappointed to learn that our housekeeping was not up to our usual standard and the laundry company and housekeeping have been advised of your complaint.

Labour day long weekend got us out and on the road, with only one mission to visit UBCO campus. We needed a place to stay nearby for two nights where we could be close to the campus but also near the lake to stand up paddle. With a bit of searching I found Summerland Motel, I was reluctant but the...

We had 34 people and 13 rooms here for a celebration of life and it was fantastic. They let us use the bbq area along with the pool and surrounding area for a huge family bar-b-q after the celebration. They were very accommodating, the rooms very clean and large, and the staff extremely friendly. If you are in the area,...

Good clean rooms. Poor parking. Does not offer anything but a room. But is nice to allow pets. There was a Keurig coffee machine, but no kettle to boil water for tea. I used the coffee machine to make water for my tea, so my tea tasted like coffee. Needs a small dog run or play area for the dogs...

Have stayed at this motel several times previously but was extremely disappointed this time! Our room was in the original portion and was noisy from the highway. The room was aged and the only 'memorable' thing about our night here was the spiders that were in the bathroom. The spiders were on the top of the heater and there were...

What a super clean room. Every part of the room was spotless. I felt I was in Switzerland. The bed was comfortable with a nice mix of soft and firm pillows. Plenty of space and friendly staff. All rooms front onto the highway so if you are noise sensitive this would not suit you. Hotel is in vacation resort destination...

Based largely on Tripadvisor reviews, we selected this motel. It did not disappoint, although we were unable to use the pool as it was filled to capacity with young families. Our 2 queen bed room was fine and had its own balcony facing west that was perfect for a morning coffee. The room was equipped with a Keurig coffee machine...

I'm very in the fence with this hotel. We came out here from Alberta. My father suddenly fell ill and was admitted into the hospital. Unfortunately it was the same weekend as Peach Fest so we didn't have an option on hotels. We checked in at a price of aprox. $210/night! I walked into our queen suite and it smaller...

Appreciate the last minute accommodations on a very busy Peach Festival weekend. Pleasant motel, clean and comfortable. As a junior /senior couple, the hotel provided a welcome break from our usual campground camping on our annual motorcycle road trip to the Okanagan Valley. Of note the motel has affordable mid-week pricing. Thank you!

Nice motel off the highway, that served our purpose. Not a scenic spot, but within a minute or two of Okanagan Lake. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The price was right and everything we needed was there. Nice swimming pool and deck for lounging on. Towels provided. Laundry facilities available at a reasonable price. Ample parking. All in...
