I reserved this hotel as other areas in the Okanagan were all busy the night that I stayed. The motel is located in the heart of the main area of old Sumerland, within easy walking distance to restaurants and the Sunday Summer Farmer's Market. Easy access to the highway as well. The room itself was dated, and the carpets could...

I have stayed here twice now for Actionfest softball tournament and both times we have stayed here. Granted it's not the nicest place, but the beds are soft and comfortable, there's hot showers and its clean. It's been cleaned well and the beds were replaced recently. It's a good decent place to stay and party. It's alot like Daytona spring...

Not the cleanest place! I have stayed here before because accommodations are very limited in Summerland. The room was not horrible but the bathtub had some water in it (plug was in), there was hair in the sink and a pair of men's socks on the floor under a chair. For $100 a night, should be a little better than...

Stayed here in the slow season (Late April). Will say the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Room had fridge, microwave and air conditioning. Room was quite small. I thought $100 for one night for one person was somewhat expensive for the slow season. This was the most expensive room on a 7 day road trip Location is very...

The place is run down and dirty. The rubber bath mat for the shower had mold on it. No microwave as mentioned. Dust on the headboard. Won't stay here again. Great location though as its close to downtown, within walking distance. Owners not very friendly, seem to be only focused on money. This place use to be really nice but...

The rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was ok. The service was not professional and we had to call back four times to straighten out the reservations. We won't be returning there next time. We have stayed there before so we were very disappointed.

I booked this motel on booking.com and I booked for 2 queen bed room, the next day the motel called and asked if I could use a queen suite because they didn't have any 2 queen room left. It would be a queen bed and a hide a bed, I said that would be fine. The hide a bed was...

Stayed 2 nights 28 & 29 Aug 2015. Very friendly lady at check in. Nice room, furniture and good TV channel selection. Good WiFi. Near to Perch Pub which has good food, drinks and service. I was there specifically to visit the Kettle Valley Railway, which is one of only a few railways in Canada that are brave and determined...

We stay one night in a standard room with 2 double beds. Room is clean and everything works. It is a no fuzz, clean motel for a reasonable price, plus, Zias Stonehouse, a very nice restaurant is right next door. Minus is that our room is right next to the road, noisy with window opened. The owner is accommodating.
