Good: -Beautiful overall site -Nice staff -Able to accomodate nice dinner & salsa for groups -Has potential! Could be better: -The matrasses are in urgent need of replacement: they are old/not comfortable! -The shower is too narrow -Breakfastchoices are limited -There is need for many small repairs

Stayed here after visiting Vinales. Resort with small bungalows with small, simple rooms, but very clean. AC, shower, toilet, fridge, tv, terrace. Food ok, friendly staff. Disturbing dogs! Good for one night.

Our group of 24 adults and children were quick to find a different place to stay near Pinar. The facilities at Villa Aquas Clara are filthy. Th Cubans visiting during the day dominate the swimming pool and surrounding areas and turn the place into a pigsty. The matrasses are disgusting, if you are able to open the door of your...

Stayed here on a tour of Cuba and it did seem to be full of locals as a daily charge was set for using the swimming pool. Rooms were small and cabin like but satisfactory. The food was excellent in a small dining area but make sure you get up for breakfast early as you may have to stand outside.

Motel is very nice setting and we enjoyed the room and setting once we got hot water. When we arrived, there was no hot water but it was fixed the next day. Several others in our group had problems and switched rooms. The food was OK, not bad but not excellent. We were on a tour and didn't need transportation...

I'm certain this hotel used to be stunning, unfortunately it is somewhat losing it's charm. Rooms are in little huts along a beautiful hill with a swimming pool at the bottom. Rooms themselves are comfortable, slightly garish decorations, but clean. The restaurant served decent food and our stay was overall fine.

Stayed for one night as part of a cycling tour. The room was so dark with the red curtains and the dark navy shiny bedspreads. It was a small cabin and the electricity did not work when I first arrived. They fixed this shortly after. There was hot water in the shower. They did however turn off the water after...

Villa Aguas Claras is beautiful! A lot of greens surrounding it. Rooms are small but very clean, try to request an upstairs room because there are bugs that come from the plants, we even saw a dead spider that looked more like a tarantula! The pool was clean but on the small side so we didn't use it. The restaurant...

We were staying in Vinales at the Casa Papo y Niulvys which was very nice. Anyway as we were driving in Vinales looking for a place to eat the electricity in the whole town went out. We drove to Pinar Del Rio hoping the electricity would be on. We crossed the mountain roads and at KM marker 7 close to...

“Best to avoid ground floor rooms as most of our group had insects (spider) in their room. We had a room on second level and had no problems.”

“You will have to pull your luggage along the pot-holed paving. So try and wet a room close to the gate.”
