This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful accommodation and it certainly will not be our last! Fantastic hospitality and the food is second to none (not to mention the homegrown wine). To say it is family friendly is an understatement, perfectly secure and safe and the host Filippo is like one of the family. Can not...

This is a place you definitely should not skip when in Sicily. We were the only guests during our stay. We took a wine tasting and cooking class, both were great. We never ate that much in one evening, however, we could not find it in our heart to leave our plate untouched. We learned many new recipes which we...

Filipo puts all of his heart into making your agriturismo experience excellent. Sevario puts all of his heart into keeping your belly happy. The combination is a very different experience than what most will find in Sicily. The location is very convenient even if it is remote. 45 minutes away from many worthwhile places to tour (segesta, zingaro, hot Springs)...

We went wine tasting in the early evening with Filippo and then stayed for dinner in the restaurant. Filippo was very welcoming and we started with a short walk amongst the vineyards. He was very easy to talk to and had excellent English. We sampled a sparkling wine, the Chardonnay and then two reds including his amazing Nero D'avola. We...

Unlike most Agriturismos, Filippo not only gave explicit directions to Tarantola but also to PMO, the Palermo Airport. We arrived in the early afternoon and were greeted by Chef Saverio who helped with our bags and offered us a light lunch of 3 local cheeses, bread and salad and Philippo's excellent wine, the Chardonnay and "The Prince". Given that this...

Friendly atmosphere. Value for money. Conveniently located at some 30 mns drive from Punta Raisa Airport in Palermo. Next to an enchanting village called Alcamo where one may board on a bus and head out. Filippo Testa is an excellent host who in turn has a champion for a chef - Saverio. Massimo and Gisella are excellent cab-drivers who charge...

We arrived at the beautiful farmhouse using Filippo's directions. He gave us a warm welcome and Chef Saverio also helped us with the luggage. After a quick bite at the gardens, Filippo suggested a walk up to the top of his vineyard for stunning views, it was gorgeous. Yes, the room is basic. But why would you need anything more...

The best part of staying with Filippo is the food and wine! All of the ingredients that he uses comes from his farm and are wonderfully prepared by Saverio. Dinner involves a 5-course menu including starters, a pasta (handmade), a fish or meat, some fruit and dessert. Their food was the best that we had during our entire trip and...

Arrived September 16-19 and was greeted by Filippo. We had a awesome cooking class with 2 other couples. And enjoyed our home made lunch together. All our expectations were met to spend a peaceful time at a working farm in the countryside . The chef Soverino Went way above catering to my daughter who is a vegetarian. I would definitely...

The farm is situated between hills covered in vineyards. We were welcomed by our host Felipe with a glass of his tasty home made wine. Ever so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. Also the food was very good. Managing expectations: you're staying at a farm, not a hotel.
