Quiet, relaxing and spacious. Great bathroom and good WIFI..Very good restaurant and well located in Modica Sacra Cuor, which is middle Modica as oppposed to Modica Alta and Modica basso. Very reasonable rates Also has a large basement garage and plenty of outside parking.

Good value for money hotel, plenty of room, clean and silent accommodation. The hotel is brand new. Polite and available service, no issues to get to town centre and main roads. Free parking and wifi.

Very nice hotel however not very central (we knew about it at the time of booking), you need a car to get to the centre of Modica. Clean room, good size bathroom, very comfortable beds and pillows (3 types of pillows to choose from). Great choice of breakfast although the cakes were very dry. We would definitely stay there again.

A four star hotel with a five star personnel, nothing was too much to ask. Clean modern large room with an even larger terrace, dressing gowns, slippers, toothpaste, shampoo, razor what else does one need ..... then you realise that there are no facial tissues - but that is nit picking!!!

Staff were the most pleasant people we interacted with. Can't complain about anything really, had a wonderful stay. Having a car will be handy. We had dinner here one evening and it was good. The variety of the breakfast left nothing to be desired.

This hotel had staff who were very helpful and friendly The room was comfortable and our night stay was overall a welcome relief compared to some of the accommodation we had experienced on this trip Parking in the grounds of the hotel was secure. Breakfast was reasonable There was quite a bit of traffic on the roads near this hotel

This hotel is central but yet in a quiet area. It is a few minutes away from Modica Bassa. Has its own parking area. Breakfast was lavish and very good with even fresh crunchy cannoli. The staff is wonderful especially (but without diminishing the merits of others) the restaurant manager who pampers guests and is a restaurant perfectionist. We dined...

The hotel is a 5-10 min drive from the old town, so if you have transport, it is a good choice. The hotel is new and rooms clean and spacey. Breakfast was also pleasant with the sicilian specialties offered. Being outside the city, the hotel is quiet.

Stayed for three (3) nights at this Hotel and there is nothing that I can complain. The service from the owner Raffaele and all his Staff is excellent. On our last night we decide to eat at the Hotel the food was excellent and well prepared. Rooms are big. Parking no problem. WIFI is free and very good.
