We had a great time staying here. The owner even took us on a tour of the village the TV Show, Everyone Love Raymond, was shot in .It is the same B&B. .We would sty ther again. The view from the private balcony of the...More
Me and my father found this beautiful accommodation more by coincidence than by intention. We were arriving late in the afternoon and still looking for a bed for the night. Directly next to the most beautiful viewpoint of the city we found this b&b. Luckily,...More
On a short break from Rome we booked this charming B&B very last moment. It has a wonderfully relaxed and hospitable ambiance and the best location, with gorgeous views over cute Anguillara and the lake. The manager makes all the difference, she's very very helpful,...More
Domus Angularia is the perfect low-key, no-stress B&B for a weekend get-away from the dusty Rome to the sparkling Bracciano lake. All three rooms available at the B&B are roomy, fitted with comfortable beds and large roof-mounted fans, big enough to keep you nice and...More
We stayed for 3 nights and despite chilly weather and some rain had a great time. I had been exchanging emails with Veronica for a few months and upon arriving she greeted me and my husband like family.
We lucked out and had the B...More
No, this is a 3 room rental run by a young couple who know how to take care of their guests!! 1 shared bathroom. This is the same place in the Everyone loves Raymond TV Series- Trip to Italy when they are on the balcony!!

Haha! The castle is in Bracciano, across the lake from Anguillara. It is very worth doing! In the summer months there are boats that run between the 3 villages. We were there in late April and early May and they weren't running yet. We had a rental car so could drive around the lake.
As far as the streets go, most of the streets in Anguillara are cobblestone. Everything within Anguillara is within walking distance. There aren't many "sites" per se; it's a very quiet village with very few non-Italian tourists. We loved it.
Bar Del Molo down by the water (and visible from the balcony at Domus Anguillara) is the same bar where they had gelato on the Raymond Italy episodes. The gelato and cappuccino were probably the best we had, including what we had in Rome! And the prices are cheaper than in Rome.
If you want to go to the restaurant where the picnic scene was filmed (where Raymond fell off his bike), it's called Ristorante L'Acqua delle Donne. It's in Trevignano Romano but not in the village, more out in the country. We drove up to see it and there were lemon trees with fruit on them- it's a gorgeous setting but we had cooler weather with some rain so never went back to eat there. Just an FYI!
