Terrible is not enough to describe this place. First of all, the beds we were offered were broken or uncomfortable. Dinner was the biggest DISAPPOINTMENT, we were served burnt food and all the food we were served failed to reach our lowest expectations. The hotel staff and other guests were rude, sexist and racist. When presented with a problem the...

The first room we were given was basically living in a shed. The bathroom was tiny and poorly lit. There was no air conditioning, so the room became unbearably hot at night. The mattresses would rock hard and the pillows were non existent. We complained and were then given a new room. This new room was better, but still not...

The location is outstanding. Over a road (albeit very busy) to a superb view over the marina below. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble with our boisterous school party! An excellent venue to visit the Bay of Naples and other local sites.

Located by the sea, this hotel offers a fantastic view from many of the rooms and if you are no lucky enough to have a room that faces the sea, you will be able to see it best while having breakfast or at dinner when you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets. I particularly want to thank Luca,...

Stunning views across the Bay of Naples Rooms are clean with balconies and excellent air conditioning Roberto and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating for meal times (we were with a school trip) and the food served up was good, even for a bunch of fussy teenagers

Basic, clean hotel, with phenomenal views from the upper floors. It is a very quirky hotel, with the reception on the 5th floor with the restaurant also located on that floor. The elevator is clearly an after-market addition, and the hotel has been added onto over time, and is very quirky. I was fortunate enough to have a hotel room...

I was only here for two nights and it served the purpose. outdated room but was big enough for four women. Small bathroom with not enough lighting, but an outdoor patio made up for that. Very basic accommodations. A bit dirty. With that being said...for the price you can not find a better view. Sunsets each day are what I...

Fantastic hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The food is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful. We were part of a large group and the staff worked very hard to meet all our rooming needs. Stunning location overlooking the bay on one side and the hills on the other. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our third stay...

Stayed with a group of 13 to 16 year olds. Service was excellent, rooms clean if a little cosy and up a few flights of stairs from the lobby. But the views are just stunning, capri, naples, Vesuvius and the entire bay while supping a Peroni. Bliss.
