Rooms are of basic quality, however the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. Ski Room is good with heated boot warmers. Food is very low quality cold and not really appetising. Usual mountain Faye that can be either fantastic or dreadful, this is the latter. Eating out options in Flaine are basic at best, which is crazy due...

I read some of the other reviews before posting mine, and I think that perhaps people expect more from this hotel than what they are paying for. It is a basic 3 Star hotel, offers 3 star prices, and promotes itself as such. So you cannot expect 5 star people. I have been lucky enough to travel quite extensively &...

Rooms are very basic with beds coming up very short. Pillows also very lumpy. Make sure you ask for a room with a balcony. Location is good and a short 2 min walk from the slopes. Reception staff are not that friendly or helpful. The food is very good with a great selection of different food on offer. The staff...

The Flaine hotel suited our needs - we went for a week of skiing in February. It is perfectly located only a short walk from the slopes and ski lifts. The bedrooms are definitely basic and minimalist but your there only to wash and sleep in them. The great thing about this hotel was that we were full-board and breakfast,...

€2600 they tried to charge me for a single room for the week. A very tired old hotel. The rooms are particularly in need if a make over. 👎 Go to this ( Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence Les Terrasses d'Eos) €2000 for the week five star. Four room apartment five star Swimming pool giant juvuzzi Modern rooms cheaper parking...

the ski room is large and had modern ski boot drying racks. the skis had individual locks. One of the best ski rooms I have had in 35 years of skiing. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large wardrobe. The beds were comfortable but a little on the short side. The bathroom was well appointed, but I would...

Trip purpose was a ski holiday with 3 friends so we booked through a third party operator and we chose this based on the great value for money and the offering of full board. The food was great, you got exactly what you paid for. Breakfast was continental so if travelling from the uk and your expecting bacon...think again. It's...

We stayed here for the week from 21/12/13. We read the other reviews on this hotel and went with an open mind as what to expect. It is classified as a 3 star hotel, which I would question. The reception area is ok, the boot room excellent and good security for skis. The spa area on the ground floor is...

The location, value and food are as described in other reviews, making a good holiday base for a good and less busy ski area. 3 problems we had which may be useful to be aware of: 1: Like many French hotels the beds are VERY short, pushing away from the wall and using the suitcases at the pillow end to...

Just back from a family ski trip in a large group. Hotel was ideal for that. Basically repeating what most people have said but rooms are basic but clean, you've got pretty much UK freeview channels in the room on a flatscreen tv, the buffet restaurant was better than I expected with plenty of fresh salad and variety each day...
