The rooms are pretty small and basic but we were at the back of the hotel and we did not hear a noise the 3 nights that we stayed there for the Easter weekend, although the hotel was very busy. The bathroom is small so we had to move the towel stand into the room to take a shower but...

Excellent service and food especially the Cote de Boeuf, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant full of charm, plenty of good choices on the menu, both fixed price and a la carte Only ate here as we arrived by sailing boat.

I was torn between giving 3 and 4 stars for this hotel. For a daytrip to Sark or Jersey the location is fantastic and the restaurant is excellent, but the rooms are small and a bit tired. The room was described as having a view of the garden, but was in fact a overgrown hill/cliff side.

There is a great atmosphere in this buzzing restaurant. However, even though it was busy, service was friendly and efficient. We ate there several times and were not disappointed. Everything we tried was good but the dishes of the day, whether starter, main or dessert, were excellent.

We went to this restaurant for dinner on the 4th June 2016. We were four in number all family. We arrived at 7.30 and were almost the first, but within 15 minutes the place was buzzing. Lovely menu and excellent wine list. Our pre dinner drinks surprised us. We had three glasses of Champagne and one a large beer. The...

We spent two nights here. The rooms are small but comfortable and the view over the port is delightful. The half board menu is biased of course to seafood. It would have been nice to have a printed menu with several options rather than a verbal offer with no choice. They were helpful though when we asked for something else.

The rooms were very small and in need of a make over. The descriptions of the views from the rooms were misleading. When we arrived we were not made to feel particularly welcome. We had to ask to find out basic information. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, both the service and food.

We stayed for two nights, the room was small but very well equipped. The staff were welcoming and charming. We stayed demi-pension which include a set menu and breakfast. The food was divine, we were given sea view tables both evenings, the service was very attentive. This hotel represented excellent value compared with some close by, a real gem in...

Stayed at Hotel le Cap for two nights, Had to wait in the reception for ages before someone finally came to check us in, however, when they did come, they did welcome us and showed us to our room, which was nice. The room was very basic, we were put in the annex, as they called it, this was accessed...

Overall a very pleasant stay. However, our room (which had very comfortable beds etc..) was too much overlooking the front entrance of the hotel provoking noise from restaurant eaters and people clearing away the tables until midnight. Perhaps at the back it was not so bad. The restaurant was not bad at all.. quality sea food and the overall welcome...
