If you stay in level 4 you will have conferences all day, with noise starting from catering at 6:00. If you stay in level 3 you will have the house keepers phone ringing all day, starting at 6. I asked to change rooms every night I was there. One night I got the room with the water pump ;) the...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days. The hotel is situated in the city center, so commuting is easy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Their wifi signal is pretty strong, because in some hotels, you have to go outside of your room to get a better wifi signal. The downside for me is that the toilet has no...

Friendly staff, affordable food, great service, hot and cold showers and great rooms... It was a great experience staying here. Check out the travel agency beside the hotel as well. We booked a snorkeling tour there and it was a fun experience too. -- You can also request airport and downtown pickup/drop off for P300.

Stayed 2 nights. Cheap and cheerful. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed, 24hr front desk. Shower was absolutely terrible. Lack of water output. I would stay again if the shower was better, the only let down to be honest.

The location of the hotel is in the city center so it's easy to go to one place from another. The room is just average. The staff were very friendly though and we were able to check in earlier than the regular check in time.

First found about Hotel Palwa through a friendly habal-habaldriver a few years ago when it was new. Very good value place. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Food downstairs is good. Quiet location if you want to relax.

The best thing for me about this hotel was the comfy bed....The young lady at the reception was not friendly and not helpful ...The location of the Hotel is pretty good. However the Check Inn for example....which is just a short walk away is better... Staff were noisy in the corridor which was annoying ....Not recommended

Hotel Palwa is probably the most inexpensive decent hotel in Dumaguete. If you need a place to sleep over without much expectations on hotel amenities, this is the hotel. It's located at the center of Dumaguete. The room is clean and bed sheets are well laundry. Choose a room at the inner row to avoid noise from public motorcycles (pedicabs).

Overpriced and expensive food and drinks in a very small kitchen!! They even had the nerve to charge me for 2 extra pillows (50 pesos a night).... Even Motel 6 in the States would never do that!! Wi-Fi signal also very weak!! Also charged me for electricity to keep my very small box of food I brought back from a...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days between two different rooms and the noise is a joke, the first room I got was by the busy Street and I don't think I slept at all on that room so I asked to be moved, they gave a me a room away from the street with no window so I thought...
