I was heading to Siquior when a typhoon warning was issued and I got stuck up in Dumaguete. I picked up the Worldwide View and I must say: best decision ever! Rooms are very clean, staff is extremely friendly (but sometimes a bit confused), and if you get a room not directly on Perdices St. it's really quite too. Wifi...

I selected a room with free breakfast. There restaurant have cockroach on the sink. I saw it crawl and lose my appetite. Also noticed garbage bags on the hallway. It was good for its price, nice furniture. I just wish that its cleaner and that Wifi can reach the rooms.

PROs 1. Accessible. You can walk your way to the boulevard, to the mall or to a fast food resto. 2. Wifi available. But you need to ask for the password, they won't give it to you voluntarily. CONS 1. We wanted to pay via credit card, but their info personnel insisted we pay in cash w/o giving us a...

Great location. Good price. Helpful staff. Rooms are ok. And the staff can make reasonable arrangements for you. Free wi-fi connection. But we had to reset the router so we can connect to it. Also, bring extension cords for your gadgets that needs charging.

Nice place... For an old place, it's quite well maintained... Nice clean rooms... Very accessible... Especially that it's just a block away from where I studied 12 years ago Silliman university! Friendly people, too.
