Since this hotel is a sister company of Coco Grove Resort in Siquijor, we presumed that it would also be a nice place to stay in Dumaguete. Before leaving Coco Grove, we asked the clerk to book us a room in Coco Grande and told her that we want to be picked up at Dumaguete Pier but was told that...

We were given the standard room with double size bed, AC and toiletries with breakfast which I think suits the price of the room. They have nice staffs from front desk personnel to their restaurant staffs. The said hotel is along Hibbard Ave. which is close (walking distance) to the Port Area and Rizal Blvd. One thing I noticed though...

SInce we do not want to miss our flight from Dumaguete to Manila, we decided to stay at Coco Grande after spending several nights at Coco Grove in Siquijor island. Coco Grande is centrally located in the city. The hotel was nice and clean. Aircon is strong as well as wifi in our room. Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful....

I came here under a recommendation and I fell in love with the place right away. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and polite. The rooms are very well kept, the daily cleaning was top notch. My only complaint was the room I was in didnt have good wifi. I had to sit outside the room as the 3G was...

I love the family room. It was huge! The rate they gave us was P2,800 good for four people. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled good. We had a good sleep. Complimentary breakfast was yum! Staff were courteous and quick. My family enjoyed our stay there. Although my youngest child wished wifi was available.

Coco Grande is a one-night-transit hotel (at best) for people catching early flights or waiting for transfers to other resorts. The hotel is very basic, the rooms are not very clean (dusty feet walking in the room and bathroom). The wifi shut down for most of our time there which is frustrating when one needs to check-in for flights online...

We where supposed to stay here from a sunday to a thursday, but checked out on Monday. Woke up around 7 by a mouse in the room. When we went down to eat breakfast cockroaches where crawling around in the eating area.. The hotel has only a small cafe for a eating option. The food is not so good.
