Hotel is very beautiful and neat. Sight scenes are near from here. All the services specifically all the Staff services are very good and available 24 hours. It made our trip pleasant. I and my family were very happy.

I was there at 22-10 -22to 25-10-22 . We had 3 rooms But these days are worst experience of ever during my hotel stay. Above all the breakfast was worst quality ever. I suggest do not stay ever in this hotel. The fern mangement has look out all these things very seriously for there future business.

Awful customer service, hygiene and general ambience. They even chased after our bus to complain that we hadn’t paid for a bottle of water. Breakfast was awful too. They have a lot to learn about customer service. Not value for money at all. Avoid!!!

The ambience and the presentation of the hotel rooms and the lobby is top notch. The staff is very helpful and co operavtive. We were attended to by Ms. Sonam in the restaurant and she took our order and our food was prepared in a short amount of time and the taste was very delicious.
