At the outset, the building seems attractive with lot of attractive offers. on their pamphlet. The swimming pool is closed and so is Gym. The rooms are Ok but require maintenance. Bathroom seats at top floor, where we were require replacement. TV does not have some of the basic channels like ABP news, NDTV, Etc which has minimum of expenses less than one rupee a month. Morning breakfast buffet is good but I won’t recommend other meals or evening buffet, which has only one paneer dish, one mixed veg, one dal, noodles, one soup, curd raita and gulab jaman @ Rs 500/- per person approximately. This is more like a Thali food. Only 30 percent of the staff is courteous, others won’t say even Good morning to you . The welcome drink is given, if you ask for it. If management intervenes properly, they can certainly improve the hotel infrastructure as well as amenities and courtesy to the visitors.

I visit this hotel whenever I am in Haridwar.
The food quality is great.
This place is very close to Raddison BLU given that, the hotel is also good in its service.
It has a great gym with almost every equipment.
This place also has a swimming pool to relax.
If you want to watch movie or go shopping the pentagon mall is at walkable distance.

I use to visit Haridwar Very Frequently for Business Purpose. I used to stay in Radisson Blu but last time i had very bad experience in Radisson so i thought of this place.This was the 1st time i stayed here and its worth it.I really loved the hotel in all the way. Its location is ultimate and the best part is ample parking.,Service is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am from delhi and being a delhite i dont like the food everywhere but their food was so good that i can go their from delhi just for Food. And yeah Swimming pool was very clean i enjoyed it.Rooms are excellent, neat and clean and as per budget this Hotel is the Best in Haridwar this is what i found.

I had been on a business trip to Haridwar with a colleague. We had lunch at Westeria. Restaurant offers buffet. Quality average. Choice limited, food is spicy. NO Non- vegetarian items in Buffet,Price reasonable, service good. Ambience average.
If you want to grab quick lunch in this upcoming Industrial area & enjoy spicy food give it a try but do not have too much expectation. A-la --carte menu (with Non-veg selection available). good parking space available.

I consider this hotel one of the best customer service providers and well managed with excellent staff in this town. I had wedding in this hotel with my lots of foreigner guest and we all had wonderful time in this hotel. Their Staff were very helpful and responsible with always a pleasant smile on their face.
Management of this hotel was awesome and we all would like to thank everyone who help and support us during our function. We specially like to thank Mr. Manish Badoni. I belong to hospitality industry and working as a Restaurant Manager with Marriott in USA so I can better understand the pressure during the function but Mr. Manish did an extraordinary job and we are really thankful to him.
I highly recommend this hotel for stay or for any kind of function as their room is spacious and clean with free Wi-Fi, in the room as well as in public area. Ambiance and service of their restaurant and bar is unbeatable. Function halls are also big with the all basic facilities with the proper parking area. Best service and welcoming staff all the time.
I wrote my review long time back there but today i realize its not there so thought to write again hope it will be there.

First thing first is location - in industrial area . Good thing is a mall near it. Rooms comparatively ok but the problem is ventilation , all the time it smells like someone is smoking , very disappointing. Average food . Staff is good .

I stayed here last year during a business trip. The hotel is centrally located and is close to the pentagon mall. The rooms were spacious, the food was good, bathroom was fine as well. Wi-fi was good too. Inspite of all this, i found the hotel a bit pricey as against the facilities. The hotel also needs to work a little on the upkeep of the property.

First time visit to this Hotel without a booking found the Rates reasonable for this rated hotel. Very close to the Industrial areas, did not mind booking a car as all main plants was walking distance
Rooms were well maintained and service good. Could not use the swimming pool as proper attire was not carried, next time will remember to do so.
Recommended to all.

I live in Bangalore and was looking for the ideal wedding location in Haridwar. I could shorten my search to Radisson Hotel and Gardenia Hotel.
My initial preference was Radisson Hotel as i wanted to have a star hotel compared to non-star. However, we went ahead with the Gardenia Hotel based on the recommendation from the in-laws. I was not very happy and was not expecting much but it was to my surprise.
The staff was very friendly and they were very co-operative in all respect (receiving the guests, arrangements related to food and accommodation or any of the rituals). The entire duration of stay was 5days and all the staff co-operated so well that they supported like they were part of the family.
And two noteworthy people that i cannot forget to mention are:
Piyush Bhasin - Manager : Made Sure A Great and Well-Planned Wedding for Us
Gaurav - Front Desk Staff : Made Sure All our small or big needs are met by swift co-ordination with other hotel staff.
