I stayed at Renest Haridwar in February and I had an amazing stay. The hotel is very new and modern, the room was very spacious with a balcony and the bed and the mattress ultra comfortable. The food and including the breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant team go out of their ways to provide an excellent service. Location wise, it is very easy to get to all major attractions and is only 10 minute ride to Haridwar station! All the staff and including Seema in the housekeeping team are very cordial and most importantly very efficient in their jobs. My only complain about the hotel is the slow internet speed which should not matter much if in case you are only visiting the city for leisure and spiritual purposes.

It was a surprise find to stay at Renest Haridwar being a walk-in traveller as I found this property to be very well appointed and well furnished with extremely courteous and helpful staff which eagerly looked forward to help and support us to make our stay comfortable. Food was sumptuous and well presented with warmth which made the whole experience very rich.
It was the lady at reception which made a difference with her smile and helping attitude which made an excellent first impression and made us decide to stay at Renest.
My mother who is a perfectionist found the whole experience of staying at Renest which is certainly not a small achievement.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall I would say my experience was above average.
In general, most of the haridwar hotels are for group bookings only, and this we felt everywhere. Couples or families are not too welcome because they don't bring big business.
We found this hotel, much better than others because at least the reception staff was professional.
I will list down the pros and cons of the hotel as per my experience.
PROS:
- Ample space for parking, in the hotel premise and in the basement as well.
- Reception and Lobby are big and spacious.
- The reception staff is very professional and polite.
- Hotel is clean, Rooms and Bathrooms were also clean.
- The rooms are also good, little outdated things here and there but still above average at the rate offered.
- All amenities are available on call dental kit, slippers etc
- Service is prompt, whenever I called for baby milk or water bottle it came within expected time barring few incidents.
- Taste of food available in breakfast is again above average.
CONS:
- The basement area of the hotel is dimly lit and seems unsafe.
- There is just one security guard at the entrance who is also involved in moving luggage for people and hence taxis and buses are parked randomly anywhere in front of the hotel making it a chaos to park your personal car.
- it was very tough to get a hand towel from the housekeeping staff, it seemed they don't give it to any guest or they don't have any.
- Few amenities when asked were of no use like slippers, they were so small to fit a 10 year old.
- Breakfast area was an absolute chaos, first day there was hell lot of people that we had to stand in line for 15-20 minutes to take the food and then I did not dare to go again to fetch more.
- Second day when I went late in the morning there were thank God very few people but it seemed like the staff were not interested in feeding less people, 50% of the dishes were empty and the remaining dishes were just cold.
Overall I liked the hotel in terms of rooms and reception, housekeeping staff but the breakfast and restaurant staff were not good.
Moreover it seemed like we were not welcome in the hotel because we were just two people with a kid.
I had an average stay, probably would visit again there but not opt for food, eating outside would be good.

We booked a two-day stay at Renest Haridwar and ended up leaving after just one day due to the horrible condition of our room and the unprofessional behavior of the management.
From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, and the linens were so bad that we were uncomfortable even using them. Also, the hot water was not working in our room and we were told that it happens. It’s astonishing that a hotel claiming to offer quality service would neglect such basic standards of hygiene.
Our issues were not just with the room and toilet but also with the management’s attitude. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the second night (since we were checking out early), they flat-out refused. They wouldn’t even consider adjusting the food bill with the unused room rent. The General Manager was rude and indifferent, showing no concern for why we were leaving early or for the condition of the room.
If you're looking for a pleasant, clean, and hospitable stay in Haridwar, do yourself a favor and avoid Renest Haridwar. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will not be returning.

I checked in the hotel on 28th March 2024. The AC was not in working condition and the room was very hot as there is no fan only AC. I complained at least 4-5 times then a technician visited and said that the AC is not working. They did not provide any replacement room nor they made any efforts to rectify the poor function of the AC. It is so hot and for RO water as well I requested 5-6 times and no one turned up. They said additional mineral water will be chargeable but they can provide RO which also never came which usually does not happen in good hotels. I requested many times for towels which never came. Really disappointed with room service.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The food was good. The housekeeping staff needs to be little more proactive in deliverables. Heater facility is also readily available. Special mention for Mr. Balaji,Mr. Anuj and Mr. Anup and the entire restaurant team for their warm welcome.
