We stayed at The Palms for two weeks in January 2017. Why come to The Palms? Well if you are after good food, excellent service, brilliant weather, complete relaxation, and a friendly atmosphere - and the excitement of Africa, this is the place for you. We had a brilliant time and was completely impressed with the manager - Zyriack -...

The Palms Zanzibar is without a doubt one of the most special places on Earth. We sadly only spent one night there but the villa, the food and the service - oh the service! - all break the mold. Well done guys, you are a sparkling example of what hospitality should be. Plus of course, the location is something out...

We spent a week at The Palms in beginning of February this year. We love food and appreciate high quality service. Hence, we arrived and had very high expectations of The Palms... We were not disappointed!! We had an amazing holiday! The resort was beautiful, the staff was unbelievably attentive, the food was like eating at a 5 star Michelen...

Siriak, the Manager, resolved our lost luggage and delivered superb service throughout. Esther, his Receptionist, was similarly delightful. Chef William, from Kenya, but having had 2 years training in Italy, baked the best pastries ever eaten, and every day, and every meal was cooked and presented to perfection - his demonstration on cooking a local lobster was a joy, served...

This in the best hotel we ever stayed at. It is probably as close to a perfect place as possible. The hotel is situated in a beatiful garden around a nice pool. The garden is full of palmtrees, bouganvillas and other exotic plants. Around the garden are six big bungalows placed all with a fantastic veiw over the beach and...

My wife and I stayed at the Palms for 7 nights after a week of safari excursions on the mainland. The resort is run by the ever magnificent Siriak, who will attend to all of your requests, no matter how big or small. The food is delicious and it feels like you're constantly eating (this is a compliment not a...

With only six villas to look after, the staff here offer the ultimate in service & attention. A spectacularly good place to recover after a week of gorilla & monkey tracking in high altitude bits of Rwanda. Arrived totally tired, also not helped by the transfer from hell through Nairobi airport, & so just needed a complete chill-out which we...

Cannot say enough positive things about this gem. The service is out of this world with such kind staff under the direction of Siriak. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing, we lost track of days and time after our first night. Congratulations to the Chef who helped us gain a few pounds with the delicious food served. Literally nothing...

I stayed here with my partner for two nights and the intimate feel of the place is just wonderful!
