I stayed here for 1 week before moving on to Zambia and i really enjoyed it. The beach was beautiful, along with the views! The food was authentic and lovely, too. The new managers were very friendly and offered lots of help which was nice! I understand the managers are currently taking on improvements to the Sazani and are looking...

Thanks a lot for your review and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Thanks also for your feedback and ideas. Some of the things you mentioned we definitely agree with and are on our to-do list. Resolving some other issues however is unfortunately not up to us, such as the slow internet connection. As much as...

Peaceful, secluded beach location with natural design/landscaping and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff who welcomed us when we arrived late, cooked delicious meals of fresh fish and vegetables, cleaned our sandy room (from spending so much time at the beach), and shared their experiences of life on Zanzibar. Great swimming 24/7. Only a 30-minute walk along the beach...

Excellent location. Beautiful little beach. It's a short walk from the Nungwi beach when tides cooperate. Cottages are actually pretty nice. Staff are very friendly. They actually let me borrow their personal bike to ride into town :-). They even patched up by only jeans(torn). I would stay here again. This is the perfect place for anyone that wants to...

Just a 30 minute walk to Nungwi village if you ever need to go, but you won't want to as the beach in front of Sazani is more beautiful, more secluded and more peaceful than one near any other hotel in the area. There are lots of atmospheric places on the property to relax and enjoy the view. Food is...

I think this hotel is really good. It's in an amazing place and half the price of a lot of the other hotels. The management staff is new and very easy to talk to, they also have some really amazing ideas for the place. I see a lot of reviews commenting on things like slow internet, or lack of hot...

First things first, the rooms are pretty basic here. Unfortunately we stayed at the beginning of the season so the rooms were opened for the first time this year and there were a few problems - our toilet leaked, and our bathroom light didn't work. The shower is a bit of a challenge as it doesn't hook on the wall,...

This is a beautiful hotel on a quiet, private beach about 30 mins walk along the beach to the town Centre and restaurants/ bars. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and bookings and to accommodate us. I'd definitely recommend and would love to go back.

10 rooms in a beautiful garden overlooking a white almost private beach. A constant breeze to make your stay so pleasant. The sound of the waves at high tide to accompany you in your dreams. A very very pleasant staff, supervised for a few months by Cathryn, from Wales. She was so friendly and helpful!! Otherwise the confort is very...

We spent 5 nights here in October, and had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is made up of simple rooms, fan, solar-heated hot water and big open netted windows that let in a nice breeze. You are up a small hill with a view of the water, with access to a beach below. The beach is among the nicest...

My boyfriend and I came to stay here in August. The location is amazing, on a quiet secluded beach with no hassle. Every persons dream........! The room was fine, clean and adequate and it was cleaned every day. They have a strange meal policy at Sazani beach where you have to tell them if you want lunch or dinner in...
