Very good value for money Wakanda hotel was recommended by one of my friend and I am glad I have decided to stay here with my friend for 2weeks. Overall the place is welcoming, friendly and we felt safe to stay. Selcuk has been a very good host with his local knowledge and he highlighted a few tips which was very helpful during our travelling journey. 1 - Generous Breakfast served every morning (no time restricted) with fresh local fruits, eggs, samosas, toast. Included Sachet tea and coffee Delicious and tasty, 2- en-suite Rooms are good size included air conditioning, fan, dressing table, mirror, hairdryer. I really liked the fact that bed frame is surrounded by net. 3- Garden is spacious with coconut tree (I have had my first fresh coconut water and it was surprisingly delicious), also there is a water dispenser so I was able to fill my water bottle for free of charge We will be back Asente……

Good only for the backpackers. Outdated facility. Does not worth more than $10-15/night. Poor service. Bathroom had broken shower and sink. Room is bare bone, no chair to sit on. Guy who runs the place is awful. You might like to throw your shoe at his face, it might wake him up. Located at a few minutes of walk from the beach.

We stayed at Wakanda for 4 nights only. We arrived earlier then check in time, but we were able to change and dropped our baggage. Mr. Calcuk, who has owned this place, made very warm welcome for us. Every morning we had an amazing, fresh breakfast. Thanks girls for it and your different creation every morning. Furthermore, our room was cleaned every day as well as our bed was made up. Additionally you can have wifi and water there. Room where we stayed, not so big but good enough for 2, with AC especially if you planed be out most of the day. Mr. Calcuk is very helpful, friendly, giving advises regarding tours, prices and places what is worth to visit. Even when we checked out and moved to another hotel, still I was able to contact him for some assistance. Wakanda Hotel has great location, just 2 min away from beach, market, restaurants, tour offices. Safe and good value for money. Thankfull to all Wakanda's team, great work. …

Nice place to stay for few days or for 2+ weeks like we stayed! Cozy and safe territory where you can spend time great in any time of the day) Great location - beautiful beach just around the corner. One minute away there is market, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Selcuk hospitality made us think to stay longer (but we had return tickets). Nice girls working there cleaned our room everyday, and made us breakfast when we woke up (not only in the morning) We felt like home and enjoyed our stay very much!

First of all i want to share my stay here At wakanda. We spent here 18 nights,it is very clean and friendly house,like in africa,don t expect it to luxury hotel because it s not,but is no problem, it is very clean,hot water,pressure water at shower is ok. We had a room without AC,but you have over the bed a fan so is ok. Very good breakfast,the location of the hotel is very good in nungwi,here you have a lot of restaurant’s and super markets,100 meters from the wonderful beach. Nungwi is the best beach from zanzibar! Get dolars with you because near the hotel are a lot of shops to change money in chiling. Also sim cards are available here, don t buy from the airport because are expensive There. We found this property and checked in , we were met by Ezra , the Turkish girl who runs the guesthouse , she’s extremely sweet and kind and caring for animals and guests . Basically her policy is , if you stay here , “ you are a friend “ not just a “guest “ rooms are nice and clean , quiet and it gives you that African feeling. Vera the lovely lady who cooks and prepares coffee and tea and is in charge of the rooms cleanliness is a lovely soul and she is local. Her food is local and so tasty. This place is more than just a guest house it feels like family here. They have a dedicated Massai warrior at nights for protection. The amazing beach is literally 100 meters away , on the beach are restaurants and outdoor aquatic activities. Thank you Ezra and Vera ans Mr massai :) We will always choose this place.…

Best guest house I’ve been to in Africa it’s so clean and the owner is so welcoming and smart with Esra also they make the perfect manager and since they are Turkish you can assure the safety and the clearance of the place . It’s one minute from the beach.

This guesthouse has high added value for the money. We experienced lovely welcome with fresh tropical juice and concern how we travelled. The place is very clean (wet cleaned every day), the towls and sheets are soft and white. Every day they serve delicious breakfast, fresh picked fruit, juice, diverse food every day, that fills you for the days adventure. The host is extremelly engaged and cares for customers well being, shares best places for excursions on the island, local habits and the way of life on the island, best restaurants, and welcomes every visitor. He is very kind and careful for customers. The place is quiet, but just around two corners there is the beach and village center with some shops and locals and travellers gathering during the day and in the evening. This place is higjly recommended. The host made our holidays so delightful.…

We had the best time there. It is clean and neat, great breakfast. The owner is so nice and thoughtful that we felt like at home. Rooms are spacaus with comfortable bed with a muscito net, bathroom is tidy and neat. Padio, garden and outside kitchen gives peace and total plasure. The location is perfect.
