We only stayed one night and the room rate was reasonable. The room was basic but fine. However, you could hear through the walls which made for a bad night sleep. It's good location and easy to walk into town.

Set right in the centre of Wanaka and only 100 metres from the shore of Lake Wanaka, this little place has bang for bucks. Room was spotless and quite spacious, everything was clean, plenty of heating for the colder months, en suite, coffee tea etc available all day in a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was made each morning by the...

We were here only one night. Our room and bathroom was small but clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, eggs made to order. Main building has a sitting room and a hot tube is available outside.

We had a very comfortable stay at Te Wanaka Lodge. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the room itself was cosy and the wifi fully functioned. Take note that onsite parking is limited, however there is a public parking lot across the road.

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, small but comfortable room, unfortunately we had issue with noise from the street that passes the lodge. Whilst we were there it was very hot, so had to keep the windows open during the night to be able to sleep. The road that runs next to the hotel is busy & we seemed to be on...

Good check in - quick and very informative. Lots to like about this place - courtyards to sit in, two lounges, excellent freshly cooked breakfasts. Made to feel very at home. Relaxed atmosphere. Great friendly service. We didn't have a problem with noise or temperature (room 8). Very clean and well furnished. The only reason I can't give this 100%...

Stayed here for two nights in Wanaka after coming down from Tekapo. This was the fourth stop on a road trip my friend and I had been doing. The stay was easy enough but don't expect a lie in! Staff were VERY loud early in the morning cleaning the rooms next door to us which caused us to wake up...
