Only stayed one night, but it was amazing! A nice relaxing stop on very fast paced trip, only Blyth was there but he was a great host making sure any of my needs were tended to, not to mention the great breakfast he cooked in the morning. What a treat to stay at the Waiorau Homested last weekend. We really had no idea just how gorgeous this place was until we rolled up the gravel tree-lined driveway. Hosts Ann and Blyth are fabulous and couldn't do enough for us, and their two beagles were too gorgeous for words! The reason why Waiorau appealed so much to us is,...

We stayed at Waiorau Homestead for the last two nights of our honeymoon and are so glad we did. Ann and Blyth are such warm and thoughtful hosts. Blyth's cooking is out of this world; the atmosphere is welcoming and the space is just beautiful, like something out of a design magazine -- everything thoughtfully chosen -- airy, bright, homey,...

We stayed here for 2 nights. This is the first time we have stayed in a B&B so were not really sure what to expect. We were met and made very welcome by Blyth. The room was 5 star. In fact the whole house was. Straight away we felt comfortable. The breakfasts are not something you will forget in a hurry....
